Yes they really do, and in most cases it's one of the first features I notice about a lady, the second is usually their smile, then their attire and body lastly.. I have found that the eyes are truly the "Window to the Soul" and I usually get very good first impression and lasting relationships if their eyes reveal what I am looking for..
For example: My Sweet Beautiful Princess... https://www.flirt4free.com/models/bios/tamarra-roman/about.php has some of the most beautiful Diamond blue eyes I have ever seen. The first time I saw here, I was model surfing room to room and for some reason it took a few seconds longer than I wanted for the video to load... I clicked to go to the next room, and just as the page changed the video came on just long enough to see the most beautiful blue eyes I ever seen, then away I was to next room... Needless to say I immediately went back to make sure I wasn't dreaming, and sure enough there she was.. Blue eyes, sweet lovely smile, great personality and sense of humor, and the loveliest petite body any man could only dream of..
