Why does my wireless say connected, but "no internet access"?
I got myself a wrt54g linksys router, i have verizon for broadband. i am trying to setup my wireless connection.
verizon set up their end, but then when the connected was established, it keeps saying "no internet access" they said it would be on linksys' end.
i called linksys, and they wont provide any support because it is no longer under warranty unless i pay a nominal fee.
but they did say the router would have to be reconfigured for my new connection.
verizon i know uses a bridged connection for wireless versus the routed bridge for dsl.
i do notice that it is not obtaining an ip address from the router. it shows it being 0.0.0.0 or something like that.
does anyone have any suggestions
