Wouldn't a permanent ban from a certain room for continuing miss behavior be a good option?

I was just thinking about it when reading a review mentioning aggression in a models room.

It is know that member but also unfortunately models insult other models or studio owners and this going on for years. But who ever those people are the bottom line is, this doesn't improve working environment. Because models and members have to concentrate on someone making idiotic comments instead of what they came here in fist place

It could be a system like in European football where you get a yellow card than second one and you out or something like that. And than ban would be for a year from that certain room.
I think it would be perfect solution if a model by herself could decide for how long she banes someone 30 min or longer like a year or even more. The models work is already tough enough wouldn't you agree that something like that would eas her life.

Im sure models will learns fast if they kick every body there will be no $. You could easily give such banning power to girls that worked here for years. for others let the Vs guys do that, you easily can record the conversation. Other option would be silence them but as long the girl wants so she can see the guy in her room coming back and should she decide to give him second chance she can un silence him any time. Chats are logged and if any abuse is reported one can view a snap of the conversation. the admin he can look than at the whole conversation and make a decision based on that.

for example somebody makes a racist remarks all the time:

TX_Jim: all bananas are fruitcakes
Bannanjoe: I can't believe you saying that (((( "and reports his conversation to admini"

Admin read the report, looks at other Tx_Jim conversation and finds he is saying that to all the bananas in other rooms hence a ban of course being of good nature sends him a good address to a psychiatrist while doing it.
