What a remarkably dim thing to say ... being gay is not about being cool , people do not decide to be gay to be popular . and those parades are a celebration , a way for people to say they are proud of who they are , and that they will not be put down by any stigma that may have been associated with the label "gay" . Ohh and by the way I think there are probably a few more parades worldwide than just the one in Amsterdam.
