Makes a note on my calendar during mid May for 'goodbye part 4' as it seems that the usual gap is every 6 weeks.

Your going to keep saying your leaving and the actual time you mean it for real no-one is going to care.

Ever hear of the fairy story 'The boy who cried wolf'? I advise you to read it mash.

I know a good trick that might help you with leaving Mash

I usually like to use this method for learning but could also work for quitting something. For example you want to learn russian, You get a calendar and every day you learned 2 hours russian you mark that day on your wall calender with an x. you try to make a long string of x's so the longer you make it the more eager you are to make the x string longer and longer

without braking the chane,

you can use it for addictions too, like smoking or not playing video games, watching porn ect
