Hello all, don't really post on the forums but here I go. Was wondering if VS staff knows, or if models do this often where they take a break or vacation? My favorite model Rachael Love has been gone quite some time and she was on every night for a while. I don't mean to come off as obsessive or anything but just something I've been wondering about...if this type of thread isn't allowed or in the wrong spot, apologies in advance! :helpme

In general VS staff would have no idea when models are taking time off. Models would usually advise their studio administrators, but not all models work in studios

Rachel Love's bio seems to have been deleted, which is not a good sign

want to.. we wash in and out of sites, not unlike the customer base, do this for something to keep yourself busy while waiting for her to possibly wash back .... close your eyes, and picture her at some activity in the real world, one that is rewarding, secure, and which puts a smile upon her mouth every day when she rises to pursue it ... it might be anything, a job, a walk along the bay, travel on a train to another city, a lovers face, a pet dog that she loves to play with ... just, anything.

if you do this long enough, and put enough of yourself into it ... i promise ... one day the missing will pass, and you will remember her as someone who was once a kind friend.

Ophelias: Er...sorry. Wasn't exactly thinking about the forums when I made the name roughly 2 years ago... :/

And her profile is still around, says offline since September 7th. I didn't really ask this question to receive advice about "moving on" and needing to focus on other things. Only asked if studios are usually notified of this type of thing. And that answer seems to be a definite no. All I needed to know. Thanks.

Actually I thought Ophelia's answer was on topic, and btw I agreed with it and gave my own advice on the matter, I notice no one saw it necessary to attack me. If she would have done a hatchet job I would not have commented, but if well meaning advice is given no one should endure an attack. My advice if you want to engage in personal attacks, respond to hers (she gives lots of chances), otherwise let it go.
