I often visit some colombian model's room. We always talk, joke, laugh, i've been always nice and polite to her, some times i tipped her without asking anything in return. I noticed sometimes there's a guy behind the camera. He helps her with the camera and sometimes he even writes on the keyboard pretending it's her (specially to English speaker customers). So a while ago I realized she wasn't writing her answers, and I made a joke about it, and suddenly I got banned. The strange thing is that I haven't said anything that could be offensive to the model, not even to the guy (just a joke about her "assistant" not being good at English either). I think she didn't ban me, I don't know if she even knows I got banned. Nothing really important, but it's frustrating anyway.
Did anything like this happened to you?

i suppose if someone said you write english like an ape that wouldn't be considered 'offensive'by you? hmmmm i have no idea what forum this thread belongs in.. i've suggested to VS multiple times any number of ideas regarding what to do with complaint posts like this. *shrug* good luck on your mission ...

Obvious they took GREAT offense at what you said and banned you :twocents

Any model can ban anyone for any reason . Maybe best to apologize if you return to her room again

If I may add something. If a person makes fun of someone's English, or this instance a model's English in a chatroom, or anything else even if the person was joking, then the model can ban the person. If the model was having a bad day, then it would make it more offended to the model. If it was done by accident, and a misunderstanding, then it shouldn't have happened. Saying sorry, or apologizing to the model, talk to customer service, and explaining about it would be the thing to do. If you haven't done those two things already. This topic is the right forum for something like this.

if the model were bored, and simply decided that she would play (BAN.ROULETTE) for a while to get at least SOME entertainment out of her time on line she's perfectly warranted in doing so. and if you send her an fmale of complaint she has my full support in replying "REASON: BORED".

i don't think i would condider it offensive, because i do write english like an ape. anyway, i didn't told her anything like that. and i didn't even said anything to her, just to a guy who wasn't supposed to be there. maybe, as Anna Banks says, he got upset cause i found out their "secret".
So, as i didn't said anything offensive to the model, i don't think i should apologize. in fact, she apologized to me via mail, and told me that i know she doesn't do that kind of things, and that was "someone else" who banned me.
this stupid guy from the studio should realize that treating good customers like that isn't good for his own business.

oh, and for those who comment making fun on this topic: thanks for your time, i love u too ;)

I replied with facts only .
Many studios use "typers" .
Sometimes due to low English abilities . The typer probably was offended it seems .

I avoid the typer rooms .
I certainly do not want to talk to someone who translates it to her and then translates back to me .
It takes away any type of a personal exchange .... into NOT personal .

I am happy she emailed you .
Maybe you can talk to her when there is not a typer there .

well, i comunicate with the model in Spanish, so i don't mind about the typer, and he doesn't seem to be there all the time.

not a big deal anyway, i'd never call customer support for something like this. just wanted to share because i found it curious.
