As our members, do you like to know about promos in advance? For example if you came into my room on Tuesday and I posted something like: "Come see if your man enough to Dominate me this Saturday." would that be cool? Or would you rather wait until Saturday to find out about the promo? Also does having a promo effect your veiwing habits in the days leading up to the promo?

I like to plan ahead, so the more notice I have about something the better I like it

My viewing habits do not change in any way prior to promos. Maybe I'm cynical, but I see the promos primarily as a way to boost the site's revenue, so I tend not to participate in promos

This is like the first time I have heard of a promo in advance and it is not from flirt, but from a model asking what we would like. Why doesn't flirt do this, if they are gonna have these. I hate finding out halfway (or more) through them...or just by going to the site and seeing a banner. Flirt promotes the special shows for like a week, so why not a promo that could effect every model? :twocents

I dunno! That's the debate! There are some unhappy models that we have announced the promo early! Personally i think that if we're gonna have a promo(tion) we should promote it. As soon as I know and I think to, I change my quick messages. Not everyone has to take part in whatever the theme is, like tomorrow not all models are into/comfortable with BDSM, so they don't participate. Likewise for you members, even if you go in a room and she's crackin' the whip, you can still ask her to do something different if you like her and want to spend quality time.

I definitely like to know in advance about the promos. However, I can see why Flirt doesn't want to give advance notice, members may wait until the promo day to go pvt to get a little extra credits. If the members buy 300 credits Monday then buy the 1080 credits Tuesday, it is better for Flirt. But if they know there will be 1080 credits on sale on Tuesday, they may not go pvt on Monday, and it would be unlikely for that member to buy 1080 of credits twice. If members were given advance notice for the entire month's promos, then they may plan their spending based on the promos. Members DON'T need to use credits bought at a discount with someone in the "Promo"" category. They can buy them and use them as they please.... pvts, semi-pvts, VODs. :twocents

I think there whould be announcements at LEAST 24 hours prior to any promo.

Iv'e lost count on the times I have bought credits on 1 day only to see the following day a promo meaning I could of bought roughly the same amount of credits at a better price.

Id people knew in advance they may insead of buying the 900 creditsa on say a thursday that is a non promo day but wait and buy the 1080 credits on the Sat that is usually a promo day.

Good business sense means that you promote beforehand and reap the rewards.

For example does a store selling beds only advertise a sale on the day of the sale ? Nope it advertises beforehand letting potential customers know.

just a note to all you wonderfull men.

promo day credits do NOT have to be used only on a promo day.

flirt is great at giving its customers plenty of these promotion days!

take advantage of those days to "load up" so to speak and get extra credits at the discounted price.

much better to have those handy for a special lady for anyday, than to wait to play till a promo day.

it is nice to get a discount.... but it is also nice to have your cake and eat it to. why wait for a promotion to treat yourself and you lady to some fun. remember that today. buy your credits for today, than get a few more at the great price to save till later.

! idea i would like to see but cant see the site going for is Buy 2 blocks of 1 amount and get another block that is the credit block below freee

eg -- Buy 2* 20 mins get a 15 min free

Of course the 5 min block would not have the smaller block free so maybe make that buy 2 and get 3rd half price.

Rewards would give guys something to shoot for. It would encourage more credits being used. There could be a random day a month that could be double rewards day. Not announced prior to models or members. Just posted at midnight EST and lasting that day :winkwink
