personally thongs don't really do it for me, but some guys like em. why not just do the lingerie under the low cut shirt and shorts? you have to find a way to let your neighbor know you like him before any of it would matter anyway.. :twocents

ok... so we need to figure out how to let him know for real then. what kind of guy is he: shy or outspoken? into himself or humble? outdoorsy or indoorsy? what does he do for fun (other than hopefully you!)?

he is kinda shy around new people but at parties and such is is loud and obnoxious. he likes mud racing and loves porn

oh and it wouldn't hurt to actually say "i just want sex. no strings. no relationship" cause some guys will automatically think that a girl wants a relationship if she has sex with him. make your intentions clear and remember even with all this if the guys not interested, he's just not interested. i had a girl tell me straight up that she just wanted to fuck, but i wasn't attracted to her (and i'm more of a relationship based sex kinda guy) so it was just something i couldn't do..

honestly i would wear your low cut shirt and booty shorts to a party and then just throw him up against a wall at the party and start making out with him. if that doesn't open his eyes then he just might not be interested in you..

I normally would not but in this case I would have to agree with Gdiddy, however I would also need to Add that if his eyes do not open wide when you do this there may be a slight possibility they he may be playing for the other team... and I do not mean any offense by this just stating an observation.
