Also I did log the video speeds your room was giving out in the end and them settings seemed good to me and I realised you had many privates and no guests seemed to complain about not seeing you or anything like that so seems all good on that respect.


My only concern is the video image is a little grainy, I'm just wondering if the capture card has had some of the default settings altered I know that capture card at defaults does produce a decent image without the grain.. I'm wondering if it's the camera but again it's a standard video camera and they all produce okay image .. Maybe when you have a bit of time and not working we can have a bit more of a fiddle and see if we can make the image less grainy .. Could be just lighting in the room too and the camera does the grain i'm not sure here you could try more lighting and adjusting the colour balance in the performer application too and some contrast too, that may get rid of the grain.. Have a bit more of a fiddle the image I did notice needed little more colour too ;).

Also don't be shy to ask for help if anything goes wrong or changes to something you can't fix, I don't mind helping you dear and wish you many more great privates .

My camera is a JVC GZ-MG360BU hard disk camera, if that helps. As far as I know. There is no color balance or contrast in the performer app. I have Three to four multi height and distance and projected lights going on but all are cheap and Im wanting to get different ones soon. The dazzle dvd recorder is the capture card its just a usb version really. You could try changing the colours in the dazzle settings and im sure the performer application does a place where you can change the colours and balance I think it accesses the capture cards interface to do that. Not sure will check for you how, I know models alter their colour settings all time.

I should really ask VS for a copy of the new performer application to make life easier, I have only the old java chat one here and the new one I had a old copy but required a key so could not get into it..
