As, ya'll have noticed, I have been sporadic lately. Well the reason is the season of summer fun and kids home.

So my question is ???????????? What is your fave food of summer? Mine tonight is- so no offense vegans................

1" Ribeyes, marinated with Olive oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic- Grilled to a perfect Medium Rare. Sweet Potatoes on the side with Brown Sugar and salt/pepper. Oh And a nice glass of Chianti or Pilsner.

Friggin ALMOST orgasmic

sorry hit the wrong button before I was done

The heart attack burger:

2 grilled cheese sandwhichs as buns
2 fried eggs
2 patties with cheese
4 slices of bacon for each patty
fries on the burger
and a side order of hash browns

Then exercise for a week to work off the calories

Good luck :orglaugh

I love to grill , smoke or BBQ

I put several types of steak and chicken and always Whole Pinapples

Next day left overs are Shisk-A-Bobs with layers of meat and pineapple and genty warmed on grill outside

Cooking outside keeps home cooler and allows unique flavours in summer :drinkup
