4b. You will need to make a registry file to correct how the audio devices are associated to the right devices.
you will need to open notepad (notepad is normally in the Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > Notepad. ( if you can't find notepad, do the following Start Menu > Run and type notepad.exe and click ok, that will open notepad)
now you will need to copy and paste this information into the notepad or you can download this file created by me from one of the links here. A word of warning when I post this information the forums may alter some of it and the file will not run. So please use one of the links I provide under here to be safe. Rapidshare allows only 10 downloads of each of these links so if they all fail let me know please I will re-add the file to rapideshare.

Now you have copied this into notepad (Make sure you include the Windows Regestry Editor Version 5.00 line) , save the file as audiofix.reg to your desktop or anywhere you can find it.
Now all you need to do is run the file by double clicking it and it will ask are you sure you want to add this to the registery, say YES. Now go restart the pc and see if this fixed the problem.
If this fails go to section 4c.
4c. You can try reinstalling the codecs ..
www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx
Select from their list there Codecs Installation Packages
and download and install all that it lists under..
then to make sure you have everything microsoft has this link too
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=06fcaab7-dcc9-466b-b0c4-04db144bb601&di splaylang=en
download and install that too and restart the pc.
If that fails too.. goto section 4d.
4d. Try find out what make and model of sound card you have and get the new drivers for it from the makers site. If a laptop you will need to go to the makers support section and find your laptop by model number or tag number and find the drivers for it and reinstall.
If a desktop that was ready built by lets say Dell or Sony do same as above. If the pc was specially built or a home build find the sound cards support site and update the drivers.
If still having a problem leave a comment in your reply and the type off sound card you have and the version of windows and flash player you haveand the browsers you have tried .
Regards
Nabil
