Having had a LTR with an older woman; here are some do's and don't:

DON'T talk to much about how things were like when you were growing up since he was not born yet in all likelyhood.

If you are sincerely flattered that he is interested in you; then DO, mention that to him and give his the change to reply in the same vain.

DO try to find things that you both have in common that bridge the age difference between you, for my relationship it was music and how she and I loved the same music.

DON'T let him think for a moment that you are only dating him because he is younger than you are, be sincerely interested or walk away. If you think that he is only interested in you because you are so much older than he is (or because you can buy beer and drive and car JOKE), then you should likewise walk away. Quote
