I have problem with my pc/internet im not sure...
My video oft froze and maybe the reason is im not have much fast internet (DSL-LAN)
But i dont know how i can check my fast...

And my other problem is too strange - fews times when i was in pvt im not seen time and all guys from open chat wrote to me still..how its possible? Im ask coz i dont know how do...and where im n open or in pvt when i see green window but all guys from public chat.....(sorry my english still not perfect - forgive) anybody can help me a little? this sounds like an issue with the site, not your internet or pc, I would log out, call your boss and see if he can rectify this issue. You're not the only model this has happened to in the past Quote

Hi dear, okay 1st do the speed test, make sure you are not using the internet for anything apart for the speed test to get an accurate result

When you do the speed test 1st test select the place nearest to you for the test. (it normally selects that for you).

Then run the test again and select a server in Los Angeles, CA USA area move the box on the map to the usa and California area and find the Los Angeles star.


When you do them tests it will give you a link with the results can you copy and paste the links here please for both tests that way can check your speed.

okay well your internet is very slow as I saw my end too.


the upload needs to be 400kbs for good video and yours is 40kbs or 0.04mb/s so you want to see it say 0.40 mb/s as the minimum. So I would call the internet provider and ask them if they can give you an upload speed of half a meg or 500kbs or 0.50mb/s.

Im not suprised hun if you have these video probelms with that internet .


Give them a call and ask them if they can check your internet and if they can make it faster. it's too slow really it's what I was using like 10 years ago here in UK that upload speed.

Also make sure you ask them how many people are really on the connection as you know it is really late there in Poland now and it should be fast because people sleeping so you can imagine how much slower it will be on a busy day or night. It's really too slow for anything useful that speed for internet use, I bet if you use skype and messengers you will see also very slow video and sound breaking up, the internet providers should be making it fast enough to atleast use the basic internet tools like skype and 0.04mb/s is not good enough.
