As i sit and watch the rain/snow, i can't but help dig through vacation pics, and reminisce of the other places i have been. what my favorite places where , and why i had enjoyed them so.

My home also allows for some of the most beautiful architectural sites, and diversity in some of the best foods around.
And weather to me is a key element. I have chosen to lay roots where i can enjoy all the seasons, thus each one brings somethings very special for me.

but my heart remains in tropical paradise.

blue green sea, the sounds of crashing waves..... white sand beaches....... the aromas of tropical flowers.. exotic fruits... and little street carts on the sides of the roads selling delectable delights of the heritage there. mmm and food made from a culture that tends to use the food of the land, and the freshest of the fruit daily.

Maybe my lack of clothing creates a bit of happiness, and my ability to wear my beloved flip flops 24/7 may have something to do with it as well. i am a new age sun worshiper. i cant seem to get enough of it, and i am at my peek of happiness when the morning sun crests over the hills,behind the palm tree's, and kisses spf75+ covered skin.

I will admit, i still have sooo many places i have yet to/ want to go. and i may also be selfishly looking for some new ideas.... hehehehehe

For now that is in Colombia whenever I am able to get there, but one day soon it will be here in Florida for both of us Quote
