OK, I am tired, hence the last post.

My question is I wrote a message to each person who had done a private show to them.

I thought the messages are in my address book.

How do I send these messages?

They all contain personal thank yous to the customer, but the customer seems to never receive the message.

What am I doing wrong?

Use the name the customer uses in private
It does not work for "made up names" , just account names
Registered members [white] have 1 name
VIP members [yellow or sometimes white] have 10 names

Many times the mail here does not arrive or days later

You should have an inbox, a sent folder, a compose button and an address book button. The address book is purely for storing member names eg; Calibadboy, Ozzieboy4u etc. Messages you receive will appear in your inbox, messages you send should appear in your sent folder. Every pvt you have, VS automatically sends a thank you message to that customer so you can glean the right member name from there.

To email:

If a customer emails you first, go to the email in the inbox and hit 'reply'. A box will appear under the original message. You write and click the 'send' button at the bottom.

If the customer hasn't emailed you yet, go to the 'sent' folder and write down his screen name exactly as it appears in the automatic VS message. Then go to 'compose'. You can get the name from your address book if that customer is stored there, or you can type it in yourself. Give it a title, write the message and hit send.

IMPORTANT: If you write longer emails, it's likely the site will time out. That's why I always ctrl & c what I've written before I send it. That way, if I go to send and get sent back to the site login page, I can login, set up the email again and just ctrl & v the body of the message so I don't have to type it all again.

That timing out SUCKS!!!!
I've lost more than one long and heartfelt email because of that, the repacement emails are never quite so good because i'm trying to remember how i said thing before, grrrrr!
i did learn my lesson eventually...

your sent messages has auto-emails that send out for vod, voy and pvt shows so you can see who you were with to send them a note, but sometimes they can be hard to find, especially when they us a log in name other than their original. Quote
