as you seem to take your kip in some hidden off-shore local i'll be mannered in my reply. Memorial Day does now mark the beginning of summer in the United States, wot with all the schools out and pools open and bbqs bursting into flame taking the eyebrows and frontal hair off of many a feller's face and pate; the day itself is not meant to be a marking of "Happy". Rather it was and is meant to be a remembrance of all those warriors who serve, and served, and died serving to provide the freedoms and safety that we frolic surrounded by.

it's not Christmas with its fat saint climbing down yer smokestack to shout "Ho Ho HO", it's not Easter with its hippity hoppy bunny ... it's not even St. Pat's day with green beer and foaming mad O'irish men ...

so if you really want to yield some omage to those that serve let me suggest that before you burn your next burger, or oogle some T&A at the poolside ... you visit this site and perhaps drop a fiver for those who return the worse for wear

I watched the movie "Insidious: Chapter 2" on d.v.d., and I think it is pretty good. I like it.

I know, and remember about the seen the best, and worst movie thread. The movies I see, and decide to post aren't either the best, or worst on my list. They can be a recommendation. There are people, who do appreciate it. Agrat or (Mandy), if you don't want to see what I'm, and have been up to a bit, then you are only one person, and don't have to read them. I can post whatever I want that is within the boundaries. Some, or a few of you don't seem to care about that, and just like to see, and hear yourselves post useless things including you Alberich if you are reading this. Agrat or (Mandy), you don't seem to have anything better to do, than making up a bunch of usernames, and post links from "Youtube" that most of them aren't even related to the subject on the threads. If you don't have anything worthwhile to say, then don't say them, or keep the negative comments to yourself as I'm sure people don't want to see, and hear them. I can take whatever, and dish out whatever, too. I'm not going to let you start ruining this thread that a good friend of mine posted on here, who passed away, and is no longer with us. :twocents

Movies that I think are worthwhile, and recommended to watch are: "the Illusionist" from 2006, "the Prestige" from 2006, and "Now You See Me" from 2013.
