Mahi Mahi grilled or broiled in the stove with a nice fish rub consisting of garlic, onion, paprika, lemon peel, and dill. If broiled make sure top is crispy. Serve with a nice rice pilaf mixed with cheese and broccoli. To drink; iced white tea that has blue berries and pomegranate (Lipton). Or a nice blonde ale never hurt anyone :drinkup

Steak, eggs, and hashbrowns with buttered wheat toast.
Pancakes or waffles with maple syrup.
Roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, corn, and dinner rolls with butter.
Beef stroganoff.
Spagetti with huge meatballs.
Polish sausage wrapped in wheat bread with mustard and kechup.
Chicken breast fried in butter with mrs dash original spice.
Chef salad.
Chocolate fudge brownies.
Ice cream.
Popcorn.

I won't even tell you what is on the Thanksgiving day table. MMMMM.

All this and I'm skinny as a rail believe it or not.

Now I need to go to the store. Lol

One word.. BBQ

It makes great food even better. Whether it is a nice Rib Eye Steak, a Freshly Caught Salmon, Vegetables or even Pizza. Cooking it on the grill just gives that extra something. So many things can be made on the grill if you have a little imagination :thumbsup

Slow cooked with a brown sugar based rub, meat falling off the bone melting in your mouth. Damn now I'm horny and hungry. :thumbsup

Im going to crave this after talking about sushi. ahhhhhhhhhh I would eat it every day if I could. California rolls of course, crunch rolls, spicy tuna roll. Mexican roll. All the soft tender fish mmmmmmmmm. Sushi is the best and good for you

Sushi is great. So many varieties to choose from, and here in CA there are lots of great places to grab sushi. :thumbsup

that aside... I LOVE ALL FOOD. minus pepperoni or cheese pizza. i think those are the only 2 things i have ever found i rather not eat.

Italian,Thai,BBQ,chinese, japanese... you name it. i promise i can find something i will make with perfection, and or eat.

Out at a restaurant it'd be crab, shellfish, shrimp, & sushi. In my own kitchen it's usually a nice blood-rare steak. But I'd gladly trade all of that in for another fresh hand cooked plate of stewed chicken & rice, toasted arepas, and fried plaintains from my sweet Mimu's kitchen, lovingly prepared as I watch & help. :angel

Oh, and edited in months later (thanks Flirt for the new EDIT button!), after every cooking session in my Mimu's tiny little kitchen with barely room for two to stand, she washes up and I dry & put away, working together til all the dishes are done. :winkwink

I personally enjoy hibachi style foods (filet and lobster and shrimp) with rice and veggies of course. oh, and sushi if I am eating out....

Also, you cant beat my home cooking, not even if you were an iron chef haha!
chicken broccoli devan....my signature spaghetti meat sauce and garlic bread. and of course, italian chicken and cheese.

A college favor "Cold" Cheese Piece: a slice of some of the best pizza ever hot and steamy wtha handful of ice cold UBER high quality cheese piled on top (try it drunk)

My stuff chicken breast: loaded with garlic and basil spiked cream cheese, portabella mushrooms, broccoli and chives then wrapped in healthy thick cut bacon

My Cherry-Wine Topped Cheese cake.
