If flirt made a mistake, who's to say that they didn't make another? I won't be purchasing any more credits until I've verified myself that I indeed have not paid for those transactions.

We didn't make any mistakes in this situation, but it's still unfortunate for everyone involved. The banks told us the charges went through and then later came back and took the money because in fact the charges were never successful.

Like someone else in this thread mentioned, we paid the performers for all of the credits used. If you reconcile your statements you'll find that you weren't charged for the transactions in question.

You're missing something here, the charges never went through. Your bank would have no record of it. We simply show it as a reversal in our system since we have a record of the transaction, etc.

Categorically false. We're not trying to screw anyone, we're doing our best to try to fix a very unfortunate situation.


with all the research i've done on my end this can easily be attributed to embezzlement and they're trying to get us to compensate for their mistakes. i put myself through college basically working as a bookkeeper and i've personally found 6 figure double billing schemes just because things didn't look right and later discovered why.
