It is Saint Patrick's Day already .
Here are some limericks and poems for that occasion .
There once was a girl looking for a clover.
She felt like she was going to fall over.
She met a leperchaun he was very nice
But he threw rice at her pet mice,
Finally the girl found her clover
There was a pot of gold
that turned into a mush of mold.
A boy walked up to that pile of mush
and started to talk to a green bush.
Soon that pot of mold turned back to gold.
The leprechaun was very nice
but his hair was full of lice.
He scratched his head
and the lice fell onto his bed.
But at least it missed my pet mice.
There was a leprechaun who was keen.
And the leprechaun was really mean.
The leprechaun did a dance.
And he ruined all the plants.
So the plants were no longer green.
They say that leprechauns are mean,
thats only because they're green.
The Irish don't believe it,
maybe they need to see it.
It remains to be seen.
There once was a man named kipe.
He would stand around smoking his pipe.
One night he went for a hike.
He started singing on his mic.
Now whenever he pulls out his mic people throw food at the man named Kipe.
There once was a 4 leaf clover
Who was stomped on by a dog named rover
He was chasing an Irish Leprechaun
Across my flowers and lawn
On how I miss my 4 leaf clover.
St. Patricks Day is here.
Soon a rainbow will appear.
I like St. Patricks Day.
I just want to shout hooray .
This holiday comes once a year!
I saw some gold in a hole
in it lived a little mole.
He went in the crack like the
spine in your back,
Then he stole my gold.
There once was a boy named Nick.
He played with his neighbor St. Patrick.
The two thought they were hiking
but they were just biking.
Little did they know it was all a trick.
Lucky Charms are good.
I eat them in my neighborhood.
There are good for your heart.
Especialy if you want to be smart.
Ooooh, Ooooh, Ooooh they taste so good
There once was a huge pot of gold,
But St. Patrick just thought it was mold,
The pot had a sheen,
That could hardly be seen,
By the leprachauns both young and old.
There is a man named Piles
He full of wishes and smiles.
He bought a pot of gold
but it would not be sold.
Sad was that man named Piles.
There once was a man named St. Patrick
that had a friend named St. Matrick.
They played together all day
and were always happy to play.
They lived together forever, St. Matrick and St. Patrick.
There once was a clover.
It was green all over
It is said to have good luck,
but to the ground it's stuck.
Thats the story of the four leaf clover.

There was a guy named Cowers.
He had lots of flowers.
When leperchauns walked by,
poison got in there eye.
It must have been his secret powers.

The leprechaun found some gold
he thoght that the gold looked old.
The gold was too shiney
and also way too tiny.
So he sold the gold.

There once was a girl that had pointy ears.
She always had lot of tears.
Leprechauns say that she will be one of them some day.
And that they will play tricks all day.
And this will wipe away all her fears.
