I LOVE this gdiddy, you have such good points. If I was ever going to try and convince someone (ie a family member or something of the sort) that what I'm doing is not morally wrong I would definitely use some of those arguments. Hey gdiddy!

I would just like to say, porn is not wrong. Yes there are many things that are messed up in the porn industry, however if a girl has her head on straight she wont get as much B.S. Any industry has a potential to have some screwy things go on.

As an adult film girl, I personally find though that cam is alot better because you actually get to have an intimate connection. So comparing porn VS cam I would say cam would be a better way to go about it. Cam is safe, and you get more of a connection then just watching the girl because you get to interact.

Every one can always point fingers, but the truth of the matter is most of America watches porn. Some of my good friends that go to church found my porns while searching for porn to watch.

Every one does it.. its like being gay. It use to be this horrible thing and now its even more out in the open.

People drink, smoke cigs, do drugs... and porn is bad? Porn makes you feel good without the negative side effects of other uppers.

My conclusion... porn is heatlhy. Even though I do adult film, I still watch porn all the time lol

thanks savannah! since she is an adult film actress i felt it was important to get an "insiders" perspective on this issue as it's very pertinent to look at all angels when looking at a topic as "controversial" as this one.

she makes a couple of key points which ring true:

one) with all the other addictions out there, this is one of the few with minimal side effects

two) if the girl has her head on straight it's tough to get screwed over in this, and any really, industry.

three) most everyone views porn in some form or another; whether its playboy, watching cinimax late at night, adult films or doing this right here. i recent stat i saw said somewhere upwards of 80% of adults view porn at some point or another... obvious its not as taboo as recent generations have made it to be. in fact as an american i know we are way behind the curve on being more open to it - hell in europe they have a nude page six girl in some of the public newspapers! americans are WAY too uptight about it.

Are there not more pressing issues to worry about than the fun and friendship we have at this site?

I find this to be a retreat from all the horrible problems on our planet.

I agree that nobody has ever died from masturbation.

Before I found this site, I had been in porn some 10 years.

I have a lot of education behind my belt and would much rather have fun here and in some of my other work than go back to my previous high profile and politically charged position that was fraught with ass kissing and constant irritation.

The majority of the models at this site are very well educated and intelligent women and men.

I have a Masters Degree in Public Health and have postgraduate credits. I almost finished my doctoral dissertation until I let the two faced assholes in my community get to me when I got "found out". How the hell did they find me? They had to be looking at porn to find me.

Since the dawn of time there has always been hipocrits and haters. No matter what the subject is, politics, sports, religeon,people who still wear plaid to clubs etc.... someone is always going to preach against it.

That's just how it is.

Why is adult entertainment one of the most profitable entities on the planet? It can't just be all sickos and freaks?
