You know I have been down that road a few times here too and times I have thought just send the email to cancel the account and get it over an done with... but you know what ? I realised just taking some time off here every now and again helps and is a healthy thing to do. Such places can become very addictive and take up a lot of your time if not careful. So my advice is take some time off and come back when you feel you want some fun and really best way to use this place is like using your TV at home, when nothing to do and nothing good on TV, come online and spend some fun time with some nice performers and customers. I found this way of using the site a lot better and in the past I would have it logged in a lot to k1ll (wow they even censor the forums now :thumbsup

)time, even at work when it was quiet.

So Amanda I hope you stay and I will understand if you decide it's time to move on but you will be missed by many i'm sure.

So if this is goodbye I wish you all the best in the future and hope all them dreams of yours come true. Be well

Well, don't let the door hit you on your way out. I don't understand some of these replies. "Alas" the death of the tip ban? That death should have happened a long time ago. Probably most of those who were banned did deserve it, but there are those who did not deserve it. I know of someone who was banned for nothing, but he came back six hours later to the same room and spent the remaining time of her shift in her room. Just to prove a point.
I have personally witnessed the unjustifiably rude and critical way Rue has been toward a number of members. Suggs is one of them, but I can name a few others. They did not deserve any of it.
One final observation here. Rue always resorted to saying that she was bored whenever she lost the argument.

I think,

despite the tip ban, her responses to those who 'did not deserve any of it' and post-debate boredom, that we like her.

She's unorthodox,

unruly and unbridled,

but brilliant to be around if she doesn't mind you. More than a few who've had a spat with our feisty provocateur have had a change of heart.

Hence some of the replies.

Instead of wondering, you could always ask. And, in case you haven't noticed, I'm not the only one who tires of snide and obnoxious behavior, hidden behind a veneer of flowered prose. You may think it's cute, I do not.

I've been on msg boards since 1996 grumpy. Ophie is nothing new to me and neither is her fan club. In fact, she is old, tired and on every board in existence.....and many elementary school playgrounds.

And I DON'T have to wonder what percentage of Ophies posts are veiled attacks on people who just want to ask/say something. I've seen enough to know. A bully is a bully....and I don't like bullies. I also recognize this thread for what it is, as I state above. Nothing but a pathetic need for attention and undeserved adulation.
