LickaU I am not saying anything bad about anyone. I'm pro-model and pro-member.I am not going to debate this at length. I do not care for this idea. As I said, I do not really care what you do. However,
About the models:
“it's all about getting an increase in traffic to the room for the new models.”
Other than the forums, I am unaware of any marketing tools you possess.
“if these truly are upsetting people we will stop doing them, but so far I've received an overwhelmingly positive response which tells me that a lot of people are, in fact, not angry about them.”
If you look closely, not all model sentiment has been universal. Many are not exactly in a position to argue with a member either. Also, if I may, your feedback seems largely to come from your own group.
About the regulars:
“so that also gives members reading the forums plenty of advanced notice which room we will be in (and which room to not be in if you don't want to participate).”
Simply, I resent that I would need to change what I was already going to do to avoid your group if I so choose, or to have to check the forums. I don’t buy that your group is inherently good for the model. For some, this is a slightly more private experience than I think you may realize, even in open chat. I want to keep this fun too.
This isn’t personal, gdiddy:
“I hold many parties at my home throughout the year and not one person has ever referred to them as being in a "club", so as soon as we charge a membership fee or you get a special t-shirt or something you can call it a club, but until then we will call it what it actually is: an open invite for anyone to party at a particular place on a certain night - no one is excluded.”
How do I put this delicately? This is a public internet chat room, not your home. While I understand you are enthusiastic and you feel you are pro-model, I respectfully suggest you may have overestimated the pleasure others may have found in your company. The model is the host. Not you. ‘Open invitation’ or not, let’s not have a semantic debate about whether the word ‘club’ applies to your group. Even at eight per month, many models will be excluded. And their regulars, who do not really need an invitation, could feel excluded in chat. Not everyone wants to participate with you or with other members.
“Also your two points contradict each other. while on one hand you make an argument against creating a "club" in general that is going to "take over" chat rooms, you then propose the idea of organizing that same "club" off-site with friends. i'm just curious which point you were trying to make? i try to be as courteous as possible in these threads, but if your gonna start picking apart the details in other peoples posts, you should probably line your ducks up first.”
I appreciate your courtesy, however back-handed. I’ll be sure to discipline my ducks. I think you misunderstood me. I dislike the idea of an onsite club which I think is apparent, not clubs in general. I know you are aware of other pvt messaging systems—don’t be coy. There are alternatives for you.
I honestly have no interest in having a debate. I am sure some models may like this. Are you going to guarantee them pvt.’s at your parties? Some may be under the impression that that is your intention. They certainly do get paid for feature shows. I don’t know if the new girls will think giving a free feature show is in their interest for very long. Besides, does anyone really watch the feature shows to chat with the other members?
