Statistically, women do go for the "fake" look just because it's such an odd status thing here. Like they want people to know that they did it. As Scarlett pointed out, there are several different types of implants, but many patients opt for the round ones rather than contoured to give them the more pronounced "Baywatch" look.
Shame. I love tear-drop shaped boobies. Rawr.
Personally, I don't care. Natural feels better -- or I'm assuming so. Maybe some of the "naturals" I held weren't natural, and were the most sophisticated, dastardly mammaries ever created.
Whatever. For me, when the lights go out, it's about sensitivity. I had one girlfriend I could literally get off by playing with her nipples. It's the gift that keeps on giving! (Trust me on this: when you've got a perv for a boyfriend, and you've got a pair of loaded guns strapped to your chest, be careful what you say. He could pull the trigger at any time, any place.)
I just feel bad that some women feel like they have to have implants to look "better." Viva la difference and all that. What the heck have we as a people done to cause women to feel that way about themselves? That said, though, if it gives a woman confidence and makes her feel more beautiful and sexy, more power to her.
