I agree with you you totally about the models working on multiple sites; but from a models stand point, I am a model who works only on one site, this one, and I have had periods of times where I would have a full room and no one talking. I feel that although I do not use audio, I am very involved in my chat room.

You are one of the models I see trying hard all the time and agree you are very involved in your chat :thumbsup

, I do class you as a top model and one I hope the site does not loose. I like your style and the way run your room.

Just as there are girls with several sites up, there are also members who come and have multiple windows open just watching and not speaking to the models because they have way too many different conversations gong on.

I'm guilty of that some days, but I will reply to anyone that calls me out if I notice.

I will not condone what these models are doing, but I nor anyone else should condemn them This is a job to many of us, no matter how much we enjoy it and if this site is not as lucrative for a model, she still has to pay bills.

Well we all have bills to pay and i'm sure all the customers that come here understand it is a job. This is why I mentioned this because for the plain fact some of you performers rely on this income to survive. Was mentioned out of pure respect for you performers and to highlight to the new people coming into this business the quick buck method does not work and you become yesterdays news very quickly trying to go down that route.

I do not want to single anyone out, but I have had several "pro-model" members come into my room and they are the one's who are guilty of sitting for hours without saying anything.I could see if they were not happy with what they saw, or was not interested in the conversation, then by all means, do not speak, but if someone sits there for hours and not speak and continues to frequent my room, something is prompting them to return.

Guily as charged. I think you will find regular customers will do that and try not to get in the way of your chat with your regular customers but enjoy the rooms chat and the performers attitude :winkwink

I'm sure most will chat in time and hopefully become regular chatters in your room, maybe just give them a little nudge sometimes :winkwink

So, again, i understand your rant, and the models guilty of the whole go private or leave thing, as you said will not last long, but I do believe that it is a small percentage of the models here and they will not last too long here. Anyway, I should be sleeping, i have a damn exam tomorrow.

There are some members here that can carry a fun,light,sometimes serious conversation with the models AND other memebers but they seem very far and few btw.When the greys and some registered come in a room and say "hi let's see boobs" or even less,it's kinda gets old quick.Maybe it's the model's work uniform that causes this,hehe.Yes,I may sit in a room and not say anything just to get a "feel' for the conversation or lack thereof.A few models will "call out" those who are silent to get them to talk which I like personally. :twocents

Anybody looked at the title of this thread recently - "Will the colour disappear from the forums again?"

Thought this was to be a thread about the coloured text/pictures being used in the forum posts!!

The foregoing lenghthy epistles, posts and replies are another example of a total deviation from the subject matter where a new thread would have been more appropriate and this one could have dropped out of sight. Far too many threads get off the subject matter.

Only colour I can see appearing in this thread is a touch of red for anger :mad

This web site as all the colors you need guys: Hundreds of beautiful models from all over the world ready to show you a good time. They even put photos on their bio pages most of the time so you can get to know them and maybe read something to have an actual conversation with them!

The only guys that need to have their own photos are the guys that are NOT here to chat with the models but to get attention for themselves. The guys that probably NEVER take models private and feel it necessary to let everyone know that they have created their 1000th thread and actually think it is a big deal when they dedicate it to someone!

I have met some great poeple in models' room and have much more a sense of community there then I will ever be able to find in the forum; the model's room is like a bar when you see some people everytime you are there and meet you people along the way to and the model can be the focus of attention since hopefully that is why we are all there. The forum is just reading a bunch of blogs that I need to dumb myself down for since is it never about anything important.

It is very sad that such petty "rights" are being fought over while there are so many beautiful models here to chat with, get to know better and enjoy the company of!

Even if the site dont allow the posting of links / videos / pictures but just allowed text formatting would be a good comprimise and bring colour back to the forums.

After looking through most of the forums I have yet to find a comment that you have NOT in 1 way or another been critical of chatters - your :twocents

that ppl that want to see the ability to use HTMH coding in the forums = some1 who as you quote 'probably NEVER go private' is so far wide of the mark its laughable. Since the site started making our shows available for us to re-watch I am now colse to 100 pvt shows in 18 months, and countless more before that. I am fairly certain that the main protagonists of the forums can also have claims of similar pvt counts.

Now my personal opinion of you - IF you dont have anything to say thats nice keep your mouth shut and give off an image of maturity instead of mouthing off and removing all doubt.

The only reason I put a picture up that showed me is because of the blonde I am cosying up to - was relevant to the thred it was posted in.

In fairness, it is my belief that there is a limited number of people that can be in a room, so a model that is calling you out might have a reason for doing so, such as the current conversating is boring her to tears or some are just friendly to everyone and try to have everyone involved in the conversation. A polite hello to models when entering a room such be common and standard practice for anyone I would think. I whole heartedly agree that all visitors (greys, whites and yellows) who come into a models room asking to see something gets old quick and I would add that the model should be able to throw them out of the room in quickly. I would expect better from members who know what the models can and can not do in open chat; but I seems some models bend or break the rules more than others so some members will try to test the limits of a model's willingness to do things for free.

With how long I have been a member I tend to sit and chat about many things some are even sex related LOL. More often than not its more normal stuff such as what movies they may of seen and if it's 1 i may want to see what their opinion was, plans for weekend etc -- you know treating them as people not just commodities

Flirt allowed an experiment
I have been Administrator at some sites . They allowed GREAT freedoms

The ability to post pics/videos/direct links that direct got to sites outside Flirt exposed the posters and viewers to more possible complications as well as taking up EXTREME increased bandwidth

Hopefully somethings like colour chat and sizes will reappear gradually

On some sites , Moderators + Administrators approved posts before they could show
These forums are a benefit here not shared by other sites
Try to have patience and see what is allowed back

Remember if we report posts and replies , it helps the Admins to do thier job better :thumbsup

Everyone can help out - recently a member aggressively posted about a model . The member is no longer a member here partially due to members reporting his posts . :thumbsup

I would never have the patience these models do with members :angel

Think ONE of the things that led to the stoppage of HTML was the videos -- some when ppl tried to add if the code was not EXACTLY perfect the replies would totally fuck up the page.

As I said earlier and as Bart has added - maybe in time the text formatting could be re-added.

Even if its via a small set of options above the input panel where we respond.

Ya know -- Colour, Font type, Size, Text style ( underline / bold / itallic), text justification ( Left / Centre / Right )plau hopefully a spelling checker.

Guess best we can do is wait and see.

Sod it - I'm off to buy some beers. :drinkup

I love that idea, have a conversation with the model and get to know them; don't waste time in the forum posting notes back and forth to people away from the main focus of the site, which are by the way, the models for those of you who don't know!

Humm the forums were originally created for the vips to chat between themselves and the site admins when they were bringing in new features or the vip perks.
This forum is perfect for that and another section would only lead to more attention being taking from the models.
Well the other sections would tidy up the forums and allow the models to clearly see where they are needed and where they need to reply.
Every time a thread is created that has nothing to do with this site, a thread promoting the site or a model, is bumped further down the list. I love the forums and the interaction between the models and members, but I do feel like it is starting to get polluted with far to many threads that are not pertinent to the site.
Agree here thats why I said more sections will stop such posts being knocked down.
Its great you all love the forums so much, but it kind of bothers me that so many of you complain about how the forums should be used. When making these complaints, please bare in mind that there are not many adult sites that do not even allow this much interaction between members. Again, not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but everyone should just be happy that there is a forum at all.
I think the site should stick some rules up how they should be used and I think they didn't do that because we all should be adults here and you would think most adults would do the right thing, but as we see here not always the case.
I think most of the top sites or sites that have been in this industry are doing some form of social networking or a forum now.. Some even have very complex sites with such features even more complex then their main video broadcasting part. One site at moment which I wont name here has profiles for members and models and has a full like myspace setup on it and the chat allows users to post pictures and other things in the chat as the chat is running. A site some of you models here will know because seeing a lot of the flirt4free models working on that site too at the same time as being online on flirt4free. I think I know where you are going with this and I understand this really, the site traffic is very slow at the moment to some of the rooms, I am seeing this too and i'm seeing the performers get more and more frustrated everyday recently.
Now as I said models working many sites at same time is a problem that is killing their own rooms, other models chances of getting new customers and damaging the sites they work on, reason being they can't chat to the customers on many sites at once and do the same replies to everyone or the famous "go private or leave" line that is becoming more and more popular recently. Also the other sites some of the models working on allow them to do full shows in open room for tips .. so why would a customer pay on one site to see the same model perform a show for free in open room and on another only in private ? You see my point how this damages the sites,studios and models that are trying to keep things working in the right manner ? Some of these other sites are promising their performers fake hopes that are allowing them to do shows in open room for a small tip.. All these models will be yesterdays news after the customers see them for free doing shows and working on these sites and sorry to say they also work here some of these models and are telling flirt4free customers they work on x , y, z sites to get them to go over there too, some of these models i'm sure apply here because they are paid by these sites to come pretend to work here and steal this sites customers and other sites.. Some of you will say yes sure.. it's a fantasy this.. humm I have screenshots to prove otherwise and I am even seeing vip memebers come here and do same and try tell models to go work on x,y, z site. I have a few friends that are models here and are best friends with my girlfriend that worked here in the past and I am told everything that goes on here and when sites/members come to them to try steal their customers and try make them move to their sites and pretending to pay them more at 1st and latter realise they were used just to get the other sites paying customer over to their site.. They don't care about models they care about $ and i'm seeing this one site I speak of doing some really nasty tricks recently and coming to other sites flirt4free being one of them and stealing their customers and models.
Well the models that are falling for this trick now think when being offered this offer .. Did you realise this site protects you here and trys to not allow people from your regions on here and also if any of your videos or material that was produced on this site is removed from other sites. The site that is trying to take models over to them is not doing anything like that and breaking every law in most countries regarding this type of site. So you could also face criminal charges on the other sites for indecent acts in an open room of these sites for the plain fact the users there may not be adults and you are probably exposing minors to indecent acts and some of the models I saw on that site were clearly doing acts that were illegal even in a private room situation for adults.
I think most you models need to use the model forums and start talking between yourselves and how to fix these problems too, because what I stated is killing your work on such sites. This site I resepect as many of you know for the plain reason they look out for their performers when they can and their members, also they operate a business ethically without all the tricks some of these other sites are pulling on mostly poor girls from poor countries and taking full advantage of them while they can. Carla i'm just as upset seeing what is happening I remember the rooms here were so full of chat that they were so hard to read because of the speed the chat moved. I would like to see that come back here but you performers have to start helping in that too and discourage performers that come here thinking its a free ride. It's a job like any other job working here and rules must be followed to keep it operating in a profitable way for the performer and the site. As you know I'm "pro-model" as some would like to call it.. yes I am in some ways and will try help any performer if I can that I see is doing the right thing.. been on this type of site a long time really and the only things i'm seeing kill these sites is rude performers that won't chat or make it clear with "private or leave" Flirt4free is a great site but I think most of the regulars will tell you that the chat is dead in most rooms now and all down to the perforers not being friendly or too busy working many sites at once and can't chat so reply random stuff or only to the ones that say want to go private. The ones typing want to go private as you know will type next okay do this and that in open room and I will.. thats how you all set yourselves up for that line too, in past guys would say ready to a model or just click private.
Also i'm going to add here not all models are doing this and i'm really happy to see some of the models here are really trying hard and every time I catch up with a model that has been working here a long time 1st thing they say to me is "damn I miss the old days here and the fun we all had and how is x, y,z person that use to be in their chat before". Well the way to bring that fun back is to chat to all even the greys and if they are rude mute them, greys are future customers .. we all started grey here and decided to join because 1 or models made us like being here. Make it fun for the customers/greys and the fun will come back and get to know the customers too and find what makes them tick and keep them coming back for more.
Rant over... my fingers hurt typing all day as it is.. there is more going on then a simple forum making things slow for models and the forums as you see have kept most of us here too, one of the things I liked in the vip package that would get me to join the vip was the forums, not the videos or the pictures.. So you see flirt4free appeals to many types of people .. other sites one track minded people, you decide really which is best. I know where i'm staying..

I also wanted to thank Purg for the depth of his post. I didn't realize the chat on this site used to be like that. I'm cool with how it is now though, at least in the rooms I frequent. I can also attest to the fact that a number of people(VIP included) who have been on this site longer than me are now trying to attract models to other sites. A lot of the people mentioned in the "chat timewasters" thread belong to this group as well.

For those that are unhappy with the straying from the main topic, I think interpreting 'Will the color disappear from the forums again?' metaphorically is in-bounds. I've found this thread rather useful.

I do hope they get the bandwidth problem sorted. I believe they have options. My sense is though that the site doesn't like anything that is too much of a headache. That's certainly their prerogative.

I've been reading these forums off and on for five-ish months. I generally find them amusing even if I'm really just here to talk to models and not members. Is anyone else beginning to think(respectfully)that YourTeacher is a frustrated model? :orglaugh

I don't really see any evidence in what you are saying of the forums distracting from the supposed "main purpose" of the site. Forums like this generally aid site retention, not diminish it.

What everyone gets out of this site, forums included, is different. I wish more people respected that. Generally, the only time I balk is when I feel people become slightly dictatorial or abusive. Like telling people what they should be getting out of this site versus what they shouldn't be. Or telling people they have no right to complain. :twocents

Your Teacher is definitely not a model; if so, he is just working to take other models private seeing as though he spends a lot of time there. And with out even trying, the posters to this thread have proved the point that I was trying to make all along: with everything that has nothing to do with this site, or merely member to member contact, the model seems to get ignored. How did I come to this conclusion? Loona, a beautiful, funny, and very intelligent model posed a question to everyone reading this post as to whether or nor not any of the members realized that on Tuesday if this week, not one model posted in the forums, an yet the forum "games" went on? Loona, was ignored by every member here and instead of giving the model's question some thought and attention, the posters to this thread went back and forth with each other.

The straight forum is dominated by guys that not full members, try to act as if they are and pretend that they are hear for the models and not their own dilutions of self important.

Most serious posting from members or models are left alone and fade away while the announcement of someone 1000th, 4000th or whatever number posting vaults to the top of the forum.

As proof, how many threads are in the Straight Forum and how many are in the VIP Forums?
How many times do all your great guys who love all these models post something nice after a model of the week feature show or even the posting that says someone was named Model of the Week?
Let's ask the models how much their free gifts have dropped off since messages stopped posting in the chat rooms of a model when a gift was sent; how much love are you guys showing now that you can't get any attention for it?

Most of us would have more respect for you if you just acknowledge that you come here to the forum to watch yourself be important instead of being Egypy in "De-nile" and saying that you are here for the models which you are clearly not.

I have no delusion of self importance . Forums area a place for information sharing and interactions .
I do a review after EVERY private .
I am always Pro-Model .
I post in the VIP forum .
I still send gifts - most of my gifts are paid .
It is not love . I adore and respect many models .

Games can be in 1 area
Posts about models in another Sub-topic
