Well - since November ????
I doubt it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service has FAILED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad

Why promote a product that obviously is inferior ?

This site used to be THE Premiere site with a direction and a focus .
It valued models and members -

Models were fired [bottom 20%] right before the Holidays
Members wait months and sometimes years to get an answer

Purgatory , you may mean well
You are the Poster Person to agree with ALL policies - even when wrong over the years
I appreciate all the help you do for models and members :thumbsup

Purgatory , when it is the worst - Please do not defend Customer Service
They checked out since November and cannot email
This is not a responsible Business or Coorporation :twocents

In other words he's saying it sucks

I have had no real issues with customer services -- had 4 times to use them and 3 of them were answered / fixed inside 48 hours and the other 1 ( when I complained about the grey imposter of me ) that was answered in about 2 weeks. But thats just my experience.

Slightly off topic but

What happened to the 'Edit' button on our own posts ? the thing seems to be available on some posts of mine and not others !

LickaU, as a model I am concerned to hear when customers do not seem to be getting the service they deserve. I have not seen you in my room, but other models have vouched for you as a very nice, pro-model member.

I've mentioned your site on the models-admin forum-I hope maybe us models can speak up for you and help you out in any way we can.

I hate to see a good member like you leave the site!!

Kisses,

miss P

Thank you for your concern

I did finally get a reply from Customer Service

They were testing my account - They did not bother to inform the member

I never got a refund from 4 FAILED privates or was it addressed

Customer Service either has an issue of receiving or acting on its reports and emails

I replied and will wait
I am happy after waiting November , December and half way into January .........

I did finally get a reply :drinkup

Kisses,

You might have had him there but not known it, since LickaU, AKA Bartman, is famous for having hundreds, perhaps thousands, of different names that he changes as the model & the mood suits. :winkwink

Good point!

Well, I hope if he did visit me, that he comes back again

And if not, I hope he'll pay me a visit!

They claim it works - I wait for refund of failed privates without ability to tip

I wait to see about the other issues

I tried through email and reports from site [correct way] with no answers
I called and got hung up on by Customer Service :mad

Making a topic public was to see others problems

I consider it FRAUDULENT use of my account to take a model private without a notice to member 1st
Customer Service should notify a member before such actions

I wonder if someone used thier account / credit card and caused activity without being told

I think members are seemed as numbers or profit - not as individual human beings :twocents

LickaU

I did a private last night and had a tip button in upper right corner. I didn't use it so I'm unsure if there is a limit other than the ones i've read you posting about.

hope you have tip button available as well

Hello There LickaU,

If you ever have an issue and Customer Service does not provide any information/resolution, please feel free to e-mail me directly: nubia@vsmedia.com

I'll be sure to receive it and pass it on to the tech's/managers.

I'm sorry for your wait, I did look into the Tip Button issue and have heard it has gotten resolved for you.

Please note that Customer Support, although is here 24 hours a day, assist prospects/models/users, and January has definitely been a busy month.

I do hope that this is not an issue for future terms! And hope you are having a wonderful 2010 thus far!

:drinkup

Nubia - I just emailed you

Customer Service is a closed issue to me
They have violated any trust with weeks/months of not answering and also hanging up on me the last 2 times I called

I hope you take time to read and forward to Brad

Thank you members and models for the past 6 years
I see my posts being deleted in private General Discussion forum

This site should be fun
Not to fight for a responce to get issues fix with accounts

Bart may soon never dance here
Remember the good times :thumbsup

Hey Bart,

I hope you change your mind. I know it took a long time to get resolved and that is not acceptable. But it has been resolved and you do now have another resource in VS_Nubia to try to work things out.

You are one of the positive driving forces of the site and I do hope to see you around.

GGrrr... I have enjoyed reading your posts. Not sure if we have spoken in chat, but still, it bugs me that this has happened.

On another note, I did finally get my first tip, after being on F4F for a year. I was beginning to think no one liked me that much!!

Lick- Whatever you decide to do, I hope it makes you happy. Because, when it comes down to it, that is what really matters.

I have written Customer Service since Novenber and have gotton not 1 reply

I even called Customer Service - they hung up

I made a topic in VIP - had Brad say he would look into it . No reply afterwars for over a week

I have been a member here for 6 years

I spend probably too much , but I have enjoyed most of my time here until I my tip button no longer funtioned. It took weeks for Customer Service and Admin to get it fixed last year.
It stopped working in December again and no remedy yet
I did 4 privates and had no tip button in late half of December
I stopped doing privates until they fix it - I cannot get a response from Customer Service despite multiple letters and bug reports

I have heard problems from my friends here - some with tip button issues also

I hope that the Admin and Customer Service has enjoyed the Holidays
I wish they will address my issue here about lack of Tip button

I have utilized General Discussions and Email to Customer Service / Admin in past not to bring the poor Customer Service and Site problems in the past.

I hope this will help others faster in the future
The fun of this site has greatly diminished for me with no response from Customer Service

IM sorry to hear that

. Maybe I can help make you feel better?

I had (and still have a problem) that I emailed about. They basically told me stop using Mac and recommended all these things that I already told them I tried. I replied and it's been over a week and nothing.

My favourite model maybe leaving soon so I'm going with her! FTW!

Chat Timewsters - The Good Guys Strike Back.

Welcome to the site - hopefully the idiotrs are in a minority in your room. :guitar
