I'm afraid I predate adult websites

I'm not judging anyone (hell, I married a stripper!). Just I find the lack of knowledge on the parts of a lot of the models to be... concerning. Nothing on the Internet is secure. Absolutely nothing. Block what you want, local people could still get in to see you. Taped shows get out. I guess a better way to put it would be... if you don't want your family or friends to see this, what will you do if they do find out? (Because sooner or later they probably will).

Obviously people think it's still worth the risk, but at least for me - it helps my piece of mind to think that the odds of being 'discovered' by someone I know is even smaller than it was to begin with.

People (eg: husband/wife) download porn all the time and delete their internet history afterwards.
Does this ensure their tracks are covered and they'll never be found out? Of course not.
Do they feel safer and more secure about it when they DO delete that history? Of course they do.

Sorry Sara this thread was not at all meant to be anything about whatever kind of side debate someone chose to turn it into. I was just curious as to what would explain me being blocked. I respect all the models and their privacy or rights to privacy it's there choice. I'm just not sure if that is what was done in this situation or not.

I tihnk the gals blocking their areas are not so much worried about being judged for what they do, but more worried about people finding it the wrong way. there is a big difference between your friends/family knowing about this and having them (especially family) stumble upon it by accident.

and for whoever asked, yes. if you are region blocked, you can still see people in the forums (otherwise i wouldn't even know our shy canucks existed haha) you just can't see their bios, go in their rooms, message them, see when they are online, etc

Was it the situation I am thinking of.. where a girl's family is from your state? even if she lives in State #2... State #1 is blocked because her parents are there.. and if you live in State#1.. well.. SOL?

Plus... rarely do they ban members unless you are disrupting the room. To ban a registered/vip, we have to alert a monitor.. and while I have never had a problem or really had to explain myself other than a few initial words -- I can't see someone/or the monitor banning you Ry.. you are sweet and never a problem!!

im sure it is just regional stuff.

Ya it is what your thinking of Scarlett.

It turned out to be a regional block. The only reason I didn't think it was that was because I knew the girl wasn't from my state. But it turned out that another model working from the same place as her had family in my state so when that model blocked the state I'm in I was banned from all girls working from that studio.

Regional blocks are needed for safety so I can understand it.

If a model has a registered user no matter what his/her membership is, you can alert a monitor and they will take appropriate actions.

Models do not have to take abuse from anyone who visits this site even if they are registered or VIP.

If the visitor's behaviour is a nuisance, simply alert the monitor and let them take care of the problem.

If a model in porn of any kind puts herself out there, she/he can expect to be found out no matter what.

I know from personal experience this is the case. Even with a stage name, my entire community found out. One person sees, tells, and a snowball effect occurs.
