There is one more reason that we might see a model doing some typing and nothing appearing in our chat box. There are a lot of e-mails that quite a few of models get everyday that they answer. I realize that there are some models that are working more than this site when they are online, it is clear that Flirt does not care about this anymore (for what ever reasons).I wonder how many of us would not do the same thing these models are doing if our employment would allow it. Back to the whisper.... I wish the models could whisper too ,but it was made clear that when they could it was totally abused by both the models and customers. With only customers whispering there is still abuse but nothing close to the way it was. So without the whisper maybe you are seeing the models writing e-mails that they can't answer with a whisper. :twocents

abused by some models whispering 'hi take me pvt' as soon as you enter a room and BEFORE the video feed is running, models not talking to anyone in open EXCEPT by whispering, and if you didnt whisper to them some actually were banning you from their rooms.
IF whisper is bought back as a 2 way thing it needs to be ina highly refined process that is monitored correctly otherwise the same mistakes of both chatters and models conversing in nothing but whisper will happen again.

Yes you are right, i think it was way better before when customers and models could not whisper, if u wanna speak about private things go to private or write them msg. Not just models were using whisper feature in wrong way but also customers who keep asking for requests by whispering, i think it was better before when nobody could whisper i had always fun in my room and nice chats with friends but now nobody wanna speak in open room most of people are whispering and its very hard to get people to talk about 1 subejct, so i am saying NO for whispers in both ways

From what you guys wrote i saw rude models, doing nothing but asking you to come in private. That s rude and worthless. Are you sure guys that most models act like that????, cause I've been watching myself some models and they weren t saying all the time to members let s go to pv. Seems like there' s 2 worlds out there- the guys and the girls. The girls say that you guys don t talk with them and just ask for free show and the guys that blame the girl for asking them without interruption to come in pv.
So sorry for this observation :offtopic

Well i m ok with whispers or with no whispers for me is kinda same .. .. i think the F4Fstaff got to the conclusion that girls get more pvts without being able to whisper .For me .. is the same .. i dont really use whispers anyway ... but for the girls who use it much .. oh well give the whispers back for them .. they need it .. we want it lol ..

I for one would like it back in some other way shape or form....it brings a unique feature to this site like no other....they don;t give much bang for our buck here anymore anyways ..this topic has been talked about in the VIP forums for many months now and there seems to be alot of pros and cons to it...but ultimately it will be the managements decision......my hope is that they can come up with a resolution to make everyone happy....yeah right...lol.... :drinkup

The topic's been deeply discussed on the general discussions thread, there isn't so much left on that horse to beat, but I'm curious to get the model's point of view, and this forum is the first place where customer service can get an open response from both models and members.

There is ALWAYS good and bad - the right way to use and wrong way to abuse .

A simple fix is to add it back or remove it forever for all.
Whisper could be turned on or off by BOTH models and members .

Most of the rude "come to private now" was new models .
Many members now abuse whisper - models should be able to turn off whisper if they want .

I was same as you - if they whisper for pvt - i say bye and leave.

interesting point, but how many girls do that???
I think is stupid and worthless to say HI LETS GO TO PV, it a huge turn off :mad

The point is to have many private shows not to make everybody go.

I understand why many girls and guys want everything to be said out in public chat. Though I wish we had whisper back. It has never made my room too silent. If someone wants to talk to me he WILL talk. Too much writing in the chatroom might even turn some people away and make them think something like "This girl is too busy for me", though i m always glad to have a company :winkwink

I liked models whispering because as a customer you felt special that they would specifically speak to you. Instead of punishing all models why not just the abusers?

100% agree, the whisper feature should all be removed, it's made the site very slow and this is from someone that has been here over the many changes of the site and the whisper feature is the nail in the coffin for a chat site that is meant to get all involved so to increase it's customer base.

The whisper feature needs to go 100% so hopefully it will bring back the old style chat and the chat that got all invoilved instead of the silly people begging in whisper or taking up all the performers time, this was in past done in private room not in open room if you wanted a personal private chat.. So so far this feature to me is reducing the amount of privates you as a performer will get.. So all in favour of it maybe think twice.

Also the site should give each performer options to disabe aspects of the site they don't use or don't want to use and it should be stated in the room when the customer comes in, eg if the model is not willing to do cam2cam the room will say cam2cam not active in this room and so on for the other features like whisper.

I agree. Didn't use whisper too much but once in a while it was great to be able to say something to one particular person without everyone overhearing.

And I actually believe it helped me get MORE pvts... I used it to push a guy's buttons if he was already tempted.
