Aside from the mostly meaningless annual pre-season derby between Gang Green and Big Blue, I can support the crosstown, crossdressing-room (crossdressing??) rivals all year since the two don't meet in the regular season. Giants in the NFC!
And because I always show Upstate some serious love and am in no mood to see them move to Toronto anytime soon, let's go Buffalo! (Besides... Scaw, ahhh, Mackinaw, let's go Tiger Cubs? What was THAT about D9ITL8R???) ;)
And as for that "other" football (Australian Rules anyone?) season, Palermo plays it's last match for the Coppa Italia this Saturday against Spal and in nine short days the season begins! Till then I'm tided with the local talent as Sparta and Slavia battle for mediocracy and Bank Ostrava looks halfway decent.
And not one mention of a Laker anywhere... gotta love August

Well the BILLS can move to TORONTO anytime they want !!! FINE by me " T.O " can come and play in T.O
You don`t know the HAMILTON TIGER-CATS of the CFL Amicu ??? They play in the league that has been around longer than the NFL, has a wider and longer field than the NFL, uses a bigger ball than the NFL, and only has 3 downs not 4. Oh Yeah...this " Little League " also produced one of if not the greatest quarterbacks of all-time, namely WARREN MOON. Might I add that every single NFL player quaterback or other has always " BOMBED " when they have come up here to play
What were we talking about again ???
OSKEE, WEE, WEE....OSKEE, WHA, WHA....HOLY MACKINAW....TIGERS !..EAT EM RAW !!! Quote

please tell D9ITL8R to at least get his facts straight if you going to put down an original American sport, first off the NFL was founded in 1920, unlike the CFL riding the Americans coat tails once again was founded in 1958. and for players, maybe he forgot Raghib"The Rocket" Ismail, who was born in New Jersey, starred at Notre Dame, was CFL All-Star in 1991 as well as being name MVP for the 79th Grey Cup, he went onto to play the next 8 yrs for the NFL. and another star in the CFL was Doug Flutie who played for 8 yrs won the Grey Cup 3 times, named MVP 3 times and also named CFL's Most Outstanding Player 6 of the 8 yrs he played.

Personally as a brit I find americain football as exciting as watching paint dry with all the pauses after every play. Give me Rugby over soccer AND americain football anytime. Quote
