Ooooh i like opinions!! so here's mine

fuck it

if people wanna do it, do it.....if you don't wanna pay for it, don't pay for it. very simple.

if the models aren't worth it, they will make no money and quit (or go back to normal mode).
if the models are worth it they will stay up there and cheapskates like myself would have to either learn how to jerk off faster or find a new model to go private with.

everyone has the right to charge what they feel they are worth, and to spend what they feel the show would be worth...if they are wrong, they'll figure it out on their own :thumbsup

I agree completely. It should be the model's choice.

I even suggested to one model I'm friendly with that she give it a try. Three reasons: One, I think she's every bit as pretty and accomodating as those who are currently using premiere. Second, I think using premiere pricing can give a model higher exposure, given the way that Premiere models are listed at the top of the model list. And third, higher pricing can have a psychological effect on those paying. I've heard of studies, for instance, that show that people enjoy a wine more if they pay more for it.

I also suggested, as others have pointed out here, that she use Premiere during peak hours (9-1am East Coast time -- well, peak for the US, anyway.) She can lower it later for her regulars.

I'm not sure why anyone would feel ripped off if they have a good time with a model and then see that she's charging a lower rate later on. Perhaps that person would be excited at the prospect of getting a better price for the same amount of fun. And a model's regulars might store energy and be ready to pounce when the model lowers his or her rate later in the evening, resulting in a mini-rush for that model's attentions.

I say experiment with it.

that's a matter of personal opinion
the best gal on here in my opinion isn't on premier ;)
but everybody has their own favorite.....like i said before, if the ladies choosing to be premier models are doing well, they must be worth it :twocents

Not every model can use premiere there is a criteria you need so u can apply for it ..

Very true! Not stictly relating to this Premiere thread but have seen performers working several web sites at the same time, including ordinary open room here but switching to Semi Private here when they are taken private on another website.

That is what I don't understand. After being here for a few months and consistently having a high number of pvts and being in the top 2-5% I had to beg basically for them to add Premiere and then had to wait a whole month while they added the option for me. They made it seem like since I had done well my first few months I had "earned" the privilege to do premiere shows. This really sucks cause now models that are totally new have the option from the get go and why should they have the option of making more with these shows when they haven't proven themselves yet. A ton of people have negative thoughts on Premiere shows now because of this and I don't blame them. Only Top Models should have the option to do premiere shows and I thought that's what it had been until recently.

It still is - you still have to qualify apparently, models can't just CHOOSE whether or not they want to do it. I think it all comes down to whether or not you work for a studio. I don't work for a studio and am 'only' in the top 7% so I don't get to try premiere. So I also wonder why and how girls who have been here like 10 minutes get to try it and those of us who have been here over a year don't.

Not that I'm bothered either way; I was more curious as to which criteria had to be filled which is why I asked the powers that be. I love my regulars too and I know they're poor (otherwise I WOULD have qualified, haha) so I'll just stay in standard, thanks very much.

Sorry for bumping this thread back up but I just thought people should know that no, models can't just DECIDE to go premiere. Unless... no idea. How DO the new girls get it???

This topic is getting way old. I cant seem to understand why everyone is going back and forth over this. If you dont like Premiere dont visit it! It is sad that models have to defend themselves for why they do or dont use this means of broadcasting...Like i read in another topic this is meant to be "FANTASY" forums. All this bitching and pointing fingers belongs in the school yard not a damn ADULT themed webcam site. :bulb

Mr lickings you're right...Why we have to defend ourselves for using Premiere?
And BTW I used in a day standard and premiere too..and my friends who been in pvt told me that the image from Premiere is much better than standard and more clarity,is more larger...and I used the same camera..So that's it..Premier has better quality than Standard,plus now we don't have the grey members in chatroom..and that's great!
