How did anyone feel about the superbowl, and the New Orleans Saints winning their first one in franchise history? I thought it was a good game, and a close match up between two great teams. I like both teams, and I'm glad to see New Orleans win. :)

I love games that are close [until near the end]

New Orleans has a Champion Team and much more to be proud !!
At 1 time , many thought ALL the Pro teams would leave New Orleans

Lol. There must have been curling on today for me to watch and I am seeing double from the beers, because I swear I just read two threads saying the same thing about a model and the pOlice haven't commented yet.

I've been watching almost, or all of the Winter Olympic's Events. I think they are interesting seeing the different winter sports there are. It is amazing to know I'm living in the same province as where they are having them. I lived in Abbotsford, which is only just over one hour's drive depending on traffic to Vancouver. I'm glad to see Canada doing well, so far, and as the hosts of them, too. Good luck to all of the countries involved in them. Curling is a good sport even if you aren't drinking. I don't think there is anything wrong with it. :)

At the Winter Olympics, U.S.A., Canada, Germany, the other countries that won medals, the rest of the countries that didn't, and all of them that participated did a great job, and congratulations to them including the athletes, whom did win the medals for their countries. They have all made themselves, and the world proud of their accomplishments. I would like to give them all a :thumbsup

Right lets see how many petrolheads ( gear heads to you ladie and gents from the US ) there are.

Dateline - March 14th
Location - Sakhir Bahrain
Event - 2010 FORMULA 1 GULF AIR BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX

I am interested to see what happens in this the season opener.

Present world champ Jensen Button moved to McLaren alongside the 2008 champ Lewis Hamilton who will be out to reclaim his title.

Ferdinand alonso ( 2 time champ ) joins Ferrari - should be interesting A Spaniard driving an Italian car. Just hope the tifosi give him a chance. Massa also back in the scarlett ferrari after almoxt getting blinded in a practice session last season.

But the biggest news of the close season the return of the 7 time world champion Michael Schumacher for Mercedes racing ( formerly known as Brawn GP in 2009). This re-unites Schumie with Ross Brawn wo was his race engineer / strategist for both Bennetton and Ferrari when he won all his titles. Even though he is 41 he to my mind is a formidable driver. It may take him a couple of races to get back into the groove but he brings more to ateam in his experience -- the records speak for themselves

Most career wins al any driver = 91
Most pointe of all time = 1369
Most pole positions of any driver = 68

Admittedly most of these came when he was in a ferrari which he won an unprecedented 5 titles in a row. ( Helped by the fact his team mates were usually ordered to let him past LOL )

Last season was a total head bounce copmpared to previous years - Ferrari, McLaren, Renault all had what by their standards were shit seasons. The former Honda team under Ross Brawn ran away from the rest at the start of 2009 but were slowly caught up by Red Bull and Williams.

Comparing times at the various practice sessions that have been happening there is no real team that I would put money on outright - it is a real open season. The introduction of new teams as well brings up a few points - new teams = new rookie drivers that are more akin to mobile chicaines than anything else.

True - him AND Webber - red bull were the only team in my eyes that pushed Brawn last season

Actually according to the IOC the nation with the most "GOLD" medals is Ranked #1 in that Olympic Games. So the good ol' USA walked away ranked #3 along with Norway. Will give it to the states though for having more "Silvers" than Norway. :evil

That leaves Germany ranked #2 behind the new "RECORD" holders CANADA with 14 !!! :bowdown :drinkup NUMBER 1

Just the facts for my friendly American cause Americans tend to twist things so that they come out in their favour ALWAYS !!! :bulb

Yes, now back to your March Madness :jerkoff A pathetic game created by a "CANADIAN" that you most definitely can claim as yours :orglaugh

Most all of us can walk, run, and shoot a ball into a basket :twocents

But the same can't be said for stick handling, passing, shooting, and "BODY CHECKING" while one is on skates on ICE !!! :bulb ... I'll teach you how to take a HIT REAL GOOD !

GAME ON !!! :orglaugh :orglaugh :orglaugh

Try to go to british grand prix every year. Missed last couple due to family matters.
I go to motorsport exhibition every year. Sat in an f1 car. Tighter than a 18 yr old virgin.
