No boot for that

I get no boot and no ban announcement. Vid still keeps alive - only chat will not refresh and I can't type anything in. In the end I have to reboot again. Version is V3.0.47.
I tried it again - with the old result - boot necessary

Just another heads up for everyone they are now on version v3.0.47 of the flash chat there.

So to make sure you are running the latest version with the improvements and fixes, you can do the 3 following things.

1. 1st check your computer has picked up the updates by right clicking the chat or video and it should read Flirt4free v3.0.47 . If not do step 2 or 3.

2. This is one I like and makes sure you get the latest pages from the web servers. Clear your browsers cached files and cookis . In firefox you click tools Clear recent history and expand the sections and make sure the cookies and cache are selcted to be cleared. In internet Explorer click tools then internet options and there you will see browsing history, again slect cookies and temporary internet files and click delete.

3. You can hold down CTRL + F5 keys to do a forced refresh or hold down CTRL and then with the mouse click refresh on the browser. This will also make the browser get the latest updates from a site.

Will update you again when I see it get changed again to a newer version.

Also to add thank you VS for adding refresh video,chat and menu back in .. AND a huge thank you for making the model menu allow us again to open more then one room at a time with the right click option :thumbsup

No boot for that - tried it several times and not booted from room
Used to get booted when I used backspace when it refreshed every 2 or 5 minutes.
Maybe just when page refreshses like the back space in past ?

i've occasionally had the backspace issue but its been because i had my mouse off the chat area and my palm hit the mouse pad (on my lap top) thus activating the area outside the chat box. so when i would hit backspace, because it had now clicked off the typing area, it would assume i meant back so it would take me to the previous page i was on.

Yes thats a normal web browser feature nothing to do with any site realy, all web browsers will use the backspace key as a back button, to stop that happening all you need to do is make sure you click into the chat box on flirt4free and then the back space key behaves like a delete key or just use delete key for deleting text it never will go back a page.

Using switching back to "a different interfaced" activated the chat again w/o rebooting. Switching again back to the new interface allowed me now a new < trial.
At least I know now how to avoid rebooting my computer

Another heads up for everyone they are now on version v3.0.50 of the flash chat there.

An other mater is that I can't enter chat with one of my 'so called reserved' nicknames (already in to the case that someone else was using one of my reserved nicknames), saying:

"Your nickname cannot be the same as one of our performers."

I checked and the is no Girl, Guy or SheMale that uses the same name as my nickname. There is how ever a model with a 3 letter name that matches the first 3 letters of my nickname. Could it be that the comparison is only done over the number of characters of the model name in stead just comparing complete names?

Some new fun aspect has been added, when you give a model a gift now it will also show in the open room you gave the model a gift in pink writing.

No more free gifts? I saw somewhere on the forums somebody suggested some be 1 credit or so and free for VIP, but Im pretty sure they meant lowering down a couple that are 2, or adding new ones, not getting rid of the free ones.

has anyone gotten any credits from the new bug button yet? Ive decided im not reporting anymore since most of us in this thread deserve it and it apparently is only there to bribe customers into giving up "exploitive" bugs in hopes of a reward lol. :bulb

Yes I and others have recieved free time for reporting bugs, you have to remember only new bugs count for the free time, any bugs reported before will not recieve any free time. So remember spot a new bug that no one else has spotted and they are kind enough to let you know that you was of help and recieve the free time gift. On many occasions I have reported stuff here and even before this report bug button appeared and as always they were kind enough to show their appreciation for something they missed. Keep bug hunting guys/girls, you help yourselves and the performers you support here too by having a system that is more stable and bug free.

i've reported probably about 30 bugs through their bug button and they've responded to a few of them. so i too have received some credits for the deal. just keep submitting anything that is still out of whack as you never know if anyone else has. most of the obvious ones don't get reported because everyone assumes someone else already did.

while it does suck that most will not receive credits from anything posted in this particular thread, i think you can make an argument for the fact that this thread was started by a member and not flirt staff so they don't technically owe anyone anything for posting in this thread. it would be nice of them to do so and who knows, once they get all the kinks worked out maybe they'll go back through this thread and disperse some credits upon those who posted in here!
