Hey guys, we're rolling out a new feature on the site today that will let you earn free credits when you convince another person to create an account. The page below explains how it works.

Basically there are two ways to refer people; either free the chat area or by posting links on other sites. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Also, to facilitate this change we have start to display the gray user chat in the chat interfaces. There is a new icon on the chat toolbar to toggle this chat on/off if you don't wish to see it.

I think it's awesome that registered members have a chance to earn credits if they get grays to sign up---get enough signed up and have yourself a party with that special model.

On the other hand, it does subject us to the begging of the grays. However it's no different than registered members begging to see this, see that, do this and do that.

When I signed up 5 years ago I was a gray for a whole 20 minutes :orglaugh

Sorry buddy,your not going to convince me this isn't a ridiculous idea and I have seen this place come up with a lot of them in my time lol

I'm not saying that it will always be an easy sell, but I've already signed up one Grey in one friend's room, and with the few decent & polite Greys that I encounter (yes, there are a few of them out there...) I will continue to make the effort to bring them into the fold when it seems appropriate. :twocents

Most guests in grey are fine, they come to watch, to chat, and the occasional request isn't the worst thing in the world, the model can tell them only in private, or please register and then a referral for the model would be a nice perk.

I don't think many greys are going to register based on our encouragement, but the referral isn't that bad of an idea, and if registered members or VIPs (not sure how this system will work) are able to encourage more members to sign up, and could do a show with their then awarded tokens so that the new guest could voyeur, that also wouldn't be the worst scenario, and the model gains a short show and a few awarded voyeur minutes.

Can't see much of a downside to this. We see greys again, and for some, this will no doubt lead to more arguing in rooms, but the grace period after the grey ban from our chat texts until white registered members began begging en masse was pretty short itself, so I'm giving it a shrug and moving on with it.

They do, when a new member signs up from their room the performers get a bonus too. That has been in place a very long time on flirt4free :winkwink

, they are now also rewarding the customer that tries to help out a non-member to register too.

I have to say I like the feature and adds new ways to get new customers to the site, also helps a customer out with friends that want to join too and the site is showing it's appreciation by rewarding the member..

We all started out as grey here and for some reason or another we decided to join, I know I made friends with many greys here and in end they did decide to register, now the performers win and the greys of the past are now finding the site more fun as members.

What you have to remember too is some people still have the fear of registering on internet sites, thinking their Credit Card details will get lost or abused etc, truth is they want to hear from members if they had any problems when registering and truth is this site is very secure and in all the years I have been here never had a problem of security or any payments that went out of my account without me doing it (This is coming from a guy that works in I.T - Information Risk / Security Consultant). This is what some greys want to hear from the members and this in some cases will make them register and as I said before the site is thanking you by helping them out and explaining the cons and pros of being a member when they register.

So to end, the greys in the models room that registers will give the performer a new member bonus and if a member was clicked at the time too and referred the grey user they got a bonus too in the form of free credits. So to me it looks like a win for everyone and even the grey when he/she registers will get 120 free credits too to try out a private or other pay features for free. :guitar

Actually I understand that they stopped doing that earlier this year. I turned a Grey into a member and got his first Private on my first night working back when I was still modeling in March, and was surprised to discover that there was no longer a bonus for it, beyond of course getting the new member's initial 120 free credits should he choose to spend them with you. :twocents

Unfortunately this does happen. The card I had registered with the site was never used anywhere else in the time I've been coming to the site, yet the card was cancelled by the issuing company due to fraudulent charges. The card was never used anywhere but on this site, and was not left in an unsecured area, so there maybe a valid reason to be cautious. And I was one of the first VIP's to register after the program started, now due to circumstances beyond my current control I can't register another card.

News to me that one, they had that a very long time :-/ (even back in the days when my girlfriend was working here, must be coming 4th year soon she has not worked here).. Guessing the new referral program and the 120 free credits to the greys has now taken over that now.. They may have realised it didn't work too well that past system of giving models a new members bonus and trying something new...
