So I was hanging out in a couple of rooms this weekend and started to see a trend where certain members are attempting to get the girls to do something by sending "phony" tips. At least one girl called out the offending member and said I will not fall for your tricks; tips aren't white letters.

Without naming names at this point; guys please be respectful of the girls and the system.

I was chatting in a models room last week and five guy's did the same fake tip thing. One of the five fake tipped 1000 credits. Come on guys.

the bashing is the worst part about fake tippers. when you call them out and they talk all this trash it screws up your room's groove until you can ban them and get on with your fun ... ugh

sigh.... i have to admit, i'm new here and I saw a TON of that!!! The trash talkers are the worst and I can't stress that enough. It's not fun....AT ALL. :drinkup

I was trying not to say anything, but I can't bite my tongue any longer. I think they should be permanently banned. It has only happened twice to me, I banned both of them.

It is sad for the new girls that are excited for the tips and wait and wait for them.

That's exactly what happened to me...I'm 3 days old here and got really excited because I thought it was my first tip

Later I found out...not so much. NOT nice!

I agree with Natalie that there have to be consequences for fake tipping especially since it seems to be becoming more and more of an issue. Maybe a thread needs to be started in the forums that would name/identify these individuals so that everyone, models and members alike, can be made aware of these abusers.

I agree i have found alot recently that even registered member will try and fake tip i give them a good telling off and they usually apolagize or get very angry at least we all know what fake tips look like.....Another scam that is happening lately is someone will tip then another user will change their user name to the person who originally tipped and tell you to different reuest to the person who gave a real tip BEWARE of this it hppened to me twice in party chat and the original tipper got upsetxx

Maybe a thread needs to be started in the forums that would name/identify these individuals so that everyone, models and members alike, can be made aware of these abusers.

Unfortunately it's all too easy for a user to change his name and to use any number of different names

I don't want to give members any ideas here, but generally it's impossible for another user to change their name to the name of someone who is still online, they can only change it to something similar. So, as you say, models need to be aware of this possibility

i think the consequence is that if you "tip" and it shows up in grey, white or gold font, you make yourself look like a complete d-bag to models and members alike. Listing idiots has been attempted before, unfortunately in the never ending battle between good and evil, evil always finds away to screw up a thread, it will eventually get locked, and sink to the bottom of forums to be lost forever in cyberspace. remember the models have an avenue to talk to each other, and there are ways to for any model's trusted regulars to alert them of asinine behavior.

Told a guy to fuck off today cause he whispered to a model that he tipped her!... and she said thx to him then i go...dear he didnt tip you we would see it in purple in the chat!......she is new and didnt know it.....

The first time I saw this happen was on April 8th. I was in Alexxa Blonde's room and I tipped her twice. I'm in her room all of the time so she knows me. Well, next thing you know there were two more tips a few minutes apart that said they were from me and I didn't tip her. I made sure that she knew what happened. The problem is, I have no idea who did because they pretended to be me, but it was a different color. Is there any way we can put a stop to this stuff?

Only way that I can see a solve is

On the normal chatters screen it just makes the announcement of ' A tip of x credits has been made'

ONLY the performer sees the name of the person that sent the tip.

this is useful especially in Party as most performers I visit use a 'Y credits for a dildo show' system
