Okay, so it's shocking for me to know, that if you do not block your state you frequently either have chatters who know you from real life...or people recognize you out and about.

What would you do, as a tipper whatever you wanna call it, if you recognized a model out in public?

My opinion, is that since you don't know anything about her real life, a quick eye lock will tell you if she wants to be approached.

She could be with her parents who don't know and overhear..

She could be married and doing this when hubbys at work b/c it gets her hot...and hes there too...

She could be with her child. I know I'd get angry if someone openly introduced/approached me if I had my 5 year old with me. That's when the mama bear in me comes out.

So, what say you?

As someone who as seen a model who I knew from real life first and then saw her working on the site the answer to your question is it is up to the people involved to work that issue out among themselves away from the site and out of any chat rooms, public or private.

Also, as someone who lives in a major city that borders two other states, to block one state does not give you any promise that you won't see anyone else from a nearby state if you are traveling out and about or if your hometown would have any cause to have visits from other places.

Sadly for many of the members (and maybe even some models) the fantasy of meeting someone who you see and talk to on the site can be a powerful one; I am sure many members have fallen into the trap of believing they might be able to meet someone from the site away from the site. This fantasy does lead to interesting conversation in chat rooms (finding out where models hang out, which clubs they visit or places they go to eat); some models play along while others do not.

I for one never expect any model to tell me where they live since I know this can be a dangerous profession to be in; I would never expect a model to share her real name either, even if it is just her first name. I would probably never, even approach a model if I saw her in day to day life nor would I expect her to approach me if she recongnized my face or voice.

Chatting with people here can create a feeling of knowing someone to where someone might walk up and feel as if they know you well enough to say hello if they ever saw you; posting all the blog entries and telling people why you are here will work on almost everyone, however every plan is not 100% fool proof. Telling someone you are here while your husband is away or while your child is sleeping will work most of the time, but don't expect it to work on everyone. How that other one percent of people deal with the situation of seeing a model away from the site in whatever situation they might be in probably can't be predicted since it will be up to them to choose at that moment. I hope most members would respect the private lives of any model and leave them alone; I know I would.

I know of a couple models who work from the same metropolitan area that I'm from. The likelyhood of actually bumping into them? Not very high.

But to take that idea a step further, I most likely wouldn't approach them as I know that they're out and about to get something accomplished, and I am too. Having said all that, I have actually met a model from this line of work, from a different site. While it was an interesting experience, seeing them with clothes on, it was rather inhibiting in the sense that what we talk about in these rooms, doesn't translate well to a conversation that you'd want others to hear.

Thank you for your reply...as someone who's studied psychotherapy independently since 2004 the last bit of info is interesting to me. If you want to share more, please send me an email .... I'd love to hear about the dynamics around you meeting the cam girl from another site. ;)

Smarter person would be quiet .
Most anyone should say "Hello" and leave it like that .

This site is for fantasy and fun .
Rarely should it cross to real life .

Agreed Licka but how about if its the model who recognize you?..and you know she really liked you and even asked you to meet in real life?...lol...to me its funny why its always the members who ''must'' be the stalkers!..lol..just saying........damn we only met on a site and if i see you in a grocery store i would just say ..'' Hey darling hru...have a good shopping day!''....some models here think all members are desparate and that only because they took you pvt to jerk it they would attack you on the street if you recognize them!..lmao...too funny...the opposite can happen...

If it was one of my favorites I probably couldn't let her pass me without saying hi.
But it would also depend on who she was "walking" together with.

I would ignore them ... in all probability because by the time it took me to remember where I knew them from they would be long gone

But, apart from that, as LickaU says, this site is for fantasy and fun, it's not for hooking up, even accidentally. Away from the site models are entitled to their privacy

It depends on who you meet. While respecting her privacy is important, there's nothing that says you cannot say you recognize her, especially if you have a very good rapport with the model. Then, if you pass on the street, there's a tactful way of saying hello and introducing yourself without embarrassment so that it's a good experience for both. I think you should be straightforward though, (although saying, "Hi, you may know me as Purple_Ass_Plug_15" could be a little more discreetly put perhaps) and by all means do not linger if it makes her uncomfortable. Something like, "Well this was the highlight of my week but I don't want to keep you. Hope to see you next time you're working!" would do.

Well as I can probably count all the female performers who are based in england on 1 hand I am pretty sure I wont run into any of them. IF I did see one i'd just give a smile, mumble a hi and keep walking (probably into a wall as I keep looking back at the performer ) :orglaugh
