Seriously a lot of new performers are not getting noticed recently, so guys and girls would be nice to welcome the new performers when they post here and when they are online, it's nice to see new blood here and as we all know more performers here the better for all in the long run.

I disagree. I believe we have too many performers for the site traffic. New performers in themselves do not generate additional traffic, so increasing the number of performers reduces average earnings per performer. How can that be better for performers?

ourjeffie- I have been here a long time mate and have seen it work, also you will find models that come from other sites bring their customers with them. Also new faces may finaly make some register that didn't find anything they liked online :winkwink

. Good example is when you get many top models online you will find a lot more customers online/stay online for longer and these customers bleed off into other rooms that are online too.

The too many performers thing is not right (but agree quality over quantity), that is only said by performers not doing well for their own reasons. I'm not saying make more models online at once, what i'm saying is add more new faces and slot them into slots that are not taken by models that may have been online.

The site has stagnated a little recently as i'm sure you and others have noticed, also when new models are added I think they need to be monitored more and check if they are up to the job and if not move them on and allow others a chance (quality over quantity). There is really only a handful of really good performers now and it's showing now.

Also performers doing well have nothing to fear by allowing more performers on and any performer that has been here a long time i'm sure agrees with me and has seen how the site evolves when different performers are on and added. The site needs to find more new ways to generate more traffic too, I see they are trying hard to do this as we speak, but in hard times it may mean tougher measures maybe needed to get more traffic here. Groupchat and party chat seem to be keeping things moving at the moment but really more private shows is where it needs to be too.

and Nabil.. the other MAJOR issue, and i'm not sure who are yours, but am sure that you don't let what's happened so much recently happen .. is that VS is doing a not so fine job of screening their source studios, the number of models (see my recent model forum post) who are put on cam not understanding clearly a f'ing THING, is horrible. I was TEMPTED to go to the summit, if for nothing ELSE than to corner a few VS personalities to shreek and scream about it.. lol.. as if me EVER doing that has an impact other than to get my ass banned. LOL

Yes there are many studios now taking the micky and many performers doing the same too and then you get the ones sitting there headless all shift or not on camera or won't chat or chatting elsewhere and too busy to chat to customers or with video quality/internet that is so bad it's pointless they are online or as you said they don't have a clue what they are meant to be doing.

I don't know really... there is only so many times I can tell a performer how to do their job to help them, but some don't even read the chat while I try explain to them or to the point i'm typing "HEY wake up there is a customer wanting a private". Also too many models still doing too much in open room again because they are in shows on other sites and not logging out of here or going on break, so all they are doing is giving the people in the chat a free show which they may have paid for.

I think the performers need to chat to each other on the forums more and maybe find a fix for some of this too.

See this is why I say it's sometimes good to bring in new blood here and I find the performers that have never done this line of work before are normally the most friendly and yes they take a little time to settle in but some will shine as site gems in time too. I find the ones working many sites at once or come from other sites are sometimes a little too business like and scare of customers with their too straight forward replies, but these can bring new customers to the site from sites they worked on or work on still.

Dunno really i'm at a bit of a loss what's going on recently and why in some cases it's got really bad to the point performers are begging people in the room to just chat. I also think the price hikes on the CPM were badly timed and didn't help the situation but made many customers run off to cheaper sites.

Add your reasons why.. like I said i'm at a bit of loss too. Also add what you think could improve things and bring back that old buzz this place use to have at all hours no matter when you logged in.

ok, so A FEW new models from other sites will bring SOME customers with them, and SOME new models will tempt SOME members to register who had not been tempted by the thousands of models already on the site, but IN GENERAL additional models do not generate additional traffic or additional members

Of course new faces are necessary and of course recruiting should be more rigorous and training and monitoring of new models should be more comprehensive and of course competition among models is a good thing, but I can't see how increasing the overall number of models online each week (for example) is going to help things. Mathematically, if the number of models is increased average earnings per model must decrease

And I say if there are 120 models online and only a handful are in private, which happens a lot outside of prime time, then there are too many models online. In that situation members are spoiled for choice, but models are doing it tough

Jeffie I don't mean increase the amount of online at once mate, just add more new ones and filter out the time wasters if you know what I mean. There is always lots of spaces when my day time here and some of the new models should try out then I guess.. I do get where you are coming from Jeffe I don't disagree mate, just saying better quality control needs to be put in place to keep this sites image as a premium site, some of the rooms don't say premium site to me and I mean not just the performers attitude but the quality of the video and audio of the room reminds me of a 1980's 8bit computer not 2011 64bit all singing and dancing computers then the worse part some of these rooms are trying for 120 credits a minute... they really need to stop smoking whatever they are smoking when pricing that type of room to 120 credits + :smoking

. See this is why I say monitoring needs to come back in more and point some of these performers and studios in the right direction again, before all the sites customers run off to cheaper sites with the same models on in most cases.
