is f4f doing an update on the site ?

almost all of the rooms are stopping (or just wavy like instead of stopping) for awhile then goes back to normal, then do the same thing over,over again

btw yes i know some model rooms are not that good to start with .. but this is happening
in model rooms that this was not happen in a few weeks ago

We are all switching to HD and I think it is causing a bit of a delay in the broadcast. However, you know F4F is on it, :thumbsup

Amanada it still is not a free call to USA on that international number dear, trust me that number clocked up some big phone bills for me in the past :winkwink

and that is from me calling from UK. It really depends what country you are in and what phone plan you have. The only free number is the the USA number if called from USA. Also they should reply to emails if you are asking for some form of help and have always replied to me when there is a need for a reply, check your email filters and that their emails are not landing into the spam or junk area.

I would try updating your graphics card drivers and update the browsers to the latest and use the latest flash player, if you still have the same problem right click on the f4f chat or video and select settings and disable hardware acceleration in the video settings there and logout and close all open browser windows and start again. Another thing you should make sure is the screen you have is running at the correct refresh rate and resolution (native settings for the screen) and make sure to set that up in Windows and the graphics drivers settings page.

If still same problems please list your PC's specifications, then some of us on here can help you more to cure it.

CPU
Motherboard
Memory RAM
Graphics card Make and model number and driver verion you are using.
Windows version and is it 32bit or 64bit.
Internet speed you have and have tested the speed and the real speed you get
The browsers you have tried and their version numbers
Flash player version on the browser you have tried.
Sun Java version and have you made sure to update to the latest.
Etc and things that are special on your computer and if it is a ready built system from say DELL or SONY etc make and model number will help too.

LeeJones also post this sort of topic mate into the Technical Support forums and I do go threw that and will help anyone there if I see you are really stuck and not getting the right help from others :winkwink
