Among Performers that I know from here and other. I noticed on thing, that if you come from USA you are payed / minute sometimes even up to 150% more than Performers from Eastern Europe. Even though they do nothing that is so specially or have a better audio or video.

Since 1989 Eastern Europe has become more expensive year by year. If you travel there you will notice life has become there much more expensive than it ever was. Many things are usually more expensive than in USA or West Europe, because they don't subsedise everything like those 2 do.

Ask any top performer that has been here for a while. And surely they will tell you that their expenses have grown unproportional against their income.

So the lower payout may have been correct in period 2000-2004 but surely is not longer valid.
Therefor they should be treated equally.

I don't see any reason why USA should be put above other country's especially if the performers from Eastern Europe do so such a marvelous work here. And make literary millions for VS. It is thanks to them that VS has become so wealthy but not only VS has the right for luxurious life.

The hardworking performer that makes 8+ hour shifts a day, wants and deserves a nice Villa a Bentley and a Jet too, Damn it !! lol :P

and before someone starts to comment, yes but USA models get higher pay because they speak better English. That maybe true, but this is not an English speaking contest but erotic video chat.

and accents are cute and sexy anyway. Ask Donny he knows all about it :P

or even any guy for that matter.

Do you think maybe it has something to do with the currency exchange? 100 U.S dollars is equivalent to, I'm guess so don't quote me, approximately 70 euros...
maybe that's why your payout is less?

Hi hun,
I dont really know how big is difference in pay out for us models and european one , it depends on the studio they are working at as some studios give models very low pay , but i really dont know how much the us models get so hard to judge on this one.
But truth is that to live in Europe is expensive and not only in normal life as we say but alot of the things u need for work are much more expensive than in us.
Like clothes, lingerie and costumes u can get in europe for ridiculous money while in us its alot cheaper , its the same with toys, shoes and everything that has something to do with the job, thats something what lots of guys dont realise when they come into the room and ask if the girl has some new outfits and shoes etc .It really is not so easy and cheap to get new things for european models as it is for us ones, especially as u need to pay for lots of other things as well. So I think in this case us models have it a bit eassier as they can get things alot cheaper. Sometimes lm lucky to have friends which helps me out to get something from the us , but yet its just once in a while.
Of course it would be great if every model working on Flirt will get the same payout , but lm afraid its just a dream

I think if you feel that the model you love isnt getting treated fairly the best way to show her you care is to perhaps use the tip function -as someone suggested in a previous post.

Yes it really should be more regulated. Since the company charges in USD it would be nice to get paid in USD and of course not split your paycheck with a studio, especially if you dont even utilize the studio space.

It would be great if performers also didnt have to forfeit their monthly bonus just because they dont do VOD.

It would be even more awesome if shoes grew on trees & all the chocolate you ate went to your boobs and not ur thighs! :angel

Yes of course, why do you think I try to learn that difficult language called Russian. I travel to Eastern Europe since I guess just before the fall off Berlin wall, that would be 1989. O_o. Eastern Europe has change a lot since than. And it is getting really expensive. Even things like toothpaste, can be more expansive than here.
en ja ik ken je land ook, "Ons ben zunig" hehehe :P (just in case they block non English here is an Engish version of that sentence "and yes I know your country too") "Ons ben zunig" that you really have to know means we are economical or simple said, we are cheap. lol. The Dutch live by it and it really does well for them.

I agree with you. but I didn't missed them, asian Performers have by far less pvts and therefor I specially mentioned Performers from East Europe because they are the biggest revenue makers for cam sites and still don't get equal payout per min in dollar$. The difference is huge compared to performers from USA. But yes; Asia, South America should be also mentioned as well and every little country that I forgot to mention!! :P hehehe

I think you forgot about the fact that a lot of countries in West Europe have the Euro (�) now? and non of the East European (Besides Slovakia, they got the Euro since 1 January 2009) dont have to Euro?
You cant compare life in East Europe with life here in Holland. Life here in Holland is like 3 to 4 times more expensive then almost in every East European based country. I even have a hard time to get around in Holland and i dont even get paid badly.

Since the introduction of the Euro back in 2001 alot of things have changed. Before the Euro we used to have the guilder (NLG), �1,00 was about NLG 2,10. So the easiest way is to double the NLG. So if you would convert all the prices back to NLG you can see how life got more and more expensive here in Holland.

Seriously, if someone would have told me back in 2000 that my health insurance would be over GLD 280,00 (�134,00) and a full tank of petrol would cost me NLG 120,00 (�57,00). And for my tobacco i would have to pay NLG 12,00 (�6,05) and for a beer NLG 4,00 or NLG 5,00 in some places even NLG 10,00! (�2,00 �2,50 �5,00) i would told them that they would be crazy! I would have never believed them. But the sad thing is that my boss didnt double my salary, it got cut in half on the Eurocent precisely. So i have to do everything to get around a little bit here. The list of poor ppl gets bigger every year in Holland.

For the East European counties that dont have the Euro yet. If they wanna introduce the Euro in your counrty and you can vote.... VOTE AGAINST IT!!!!! lol
