It's just a performer profile error or not setup right (remember some performers don't even realise they have landed on the wrong section of the site until they are told by the customers in their room, so do be nice and not rude to them), all you have to do is email customer support when you see such problems and they will fix them also you can tell the performer to click alert on the performer application and get a tech to correct it (but I find some male performers when they end up on the female side for some reason or another won't click alert, so I just email the site and they resolve it in a matter of minutes). :winkwink
