Normally rude commits like that don't bug me because chances are his echo was heard a nd he is just firing off whatever. Last night a gold came in saying "Nicole you could go on a diet" I just said if it wasn't what he was into just leave. He started saying to do any kind of exercise to lose. I was so upset I just closed the application without saying good bye to my regulars.

I know I should lose weight to do even better because I'm not comfortable with myself usually. Anyone have experience with this?

Nicole, one thing, or another thing you can do is just to ignore the people, whom are saying anything like that. They may not have anything better to do, than waste their time trying to make people feel bad about themselves for no reason. When I was in school, and high school I had some people pick on me, and call me four eyes because I wore big glasses that made my eyes look bigger, than what they were, and they thought I looked like a wimp because I was skinny, too.
