I've noticed no members can see grey chatters any more

I know the can be anoying but thats the reason I want to see them, if they get rude then us members can help defend the models, and it doesn't help there confidence too, having members that like them that will stand up for them does

also if a model talks to them it looks like they are talking to themselves, and some greys are a good addition to a conversation and it doesn't alow them to join in if nobody can see them

any members or performers with thoughts on this please say them, thank ya

Agree Timbo - however, I will defend a model "regardless of chat colour" against offensive behaviour, there is no need for it.
I would also suggest a "one minute ban tool" to act like a yellow card - abuse this and a longer ban can be put in place!

good idea mike, and agreed that defending the models from abusive chaters doesn't only apply to the greys

but as for not letting members see the greys, I think the best option would be to have all member given the option to block greys, not just VIP like in the past

where is it a benefit to not see idiots typings. I don't understand the "VIP block any greys" at all. As mentioned before - assholes appear in every color - and grey visitor from today maybe white or even yellow member tomorrow.
Flirt should give more possibilities to the models for a temporary squelch of any room visitors - and it should be models choice when to react with something like time mute or even permanent ban and when to ignore all that BS.

Less grays are better, and if they want to see more, I think after 5 minutes they have to register, because a lot of grays never become white users, only they want to chat free...

i agree with you... sometimes i block gray user's, sometimes i don't. some grays are really nice but most almost always type "boob's" or "ass please" or if i dont show what they want i get your a stupid bitch or dumb cunt!! blah blah... just sign up and get your 120 credits free!! How can you say no to that??

The consequences are... individual greys CAN be banned.. or if the greys in general get TOO rowdy, the models could just turn off ALL the greys from chatting, but not unfortunately from just sitting and fapping for free

I find it refreshing to see that the non-grey... hmmm... should we call them negotiators(?) have more of an obvious chance to outperform the Grey Horde clamouring for attention (although the models continue to see all the chat in all its glory) - they even appear to have relaxed in their rush to be heard in the apparent (to us) semi-calm chat.

I had noticed that a lot of the recent grey chatters emulate the bot chatters they see, including the "request" replacing the common courtesy greetings - but then again, as above, the non-grey greetings are more obvious too now

I have a feeling that the choice to block the Grey Horde from our view is a strategy to limit "Grey Bashing" - lets be honest, scapegoating is a long and well entrenched tradition (booooo to the Grey Horde!! They need to be civil and respectful like the rest of us dammit!)

In summary: As has been said by a couple of posters, its not just the Grey Horde who are idiots, rude, or downright disrespectful - so for the Paladins out there - thou still hast the opportunity to couch thy lance to greatest effect to display in all its glory in the defence of the Fair Ones

I think that it might be a major mistake to block the greys. We where all grey and new once. I think VS may be in shock, once they find out, that it is the fellowship of the shared pain of cost that unites us in some form of pseudo 'community'. Perhaps it doesn't really matter anymore in this multy feed industry. If we could silence the bullies instead! Let us talk to the newcommers. More may join.
Other members don't pretend to have HD. Other members don't take 17 seconds to respond in real live chat. Other menbers don't ban (directly anyway). Other members have been great mentors and support for me.
Once the curtains are up, how are we to help keep them motivated?
Let the sunshine in. At least let us socialize for those who bother to be here. Greys are real and are here, the models seem more remote and disconnected.
VS can have another excuse to urge yellow ink fees if they want to stand aloof from us real bottom dwellers.

spar, I believe you may be misunderstanding the issue being discussed: recently, perhaps the last three weeks, members (white) and VIP (gold) cannot see the grey chatters anymore

The models can still see them, and I believe the VIPs can opt to see them, if they so wish (not too sure on this point)

Grey being boosted from rooms that go Party, Group or Private has been going for a long time now - simple to figure out why for that, sensible marketing strategy and safe practice re: age - which is an entirely different issue
