Yep! Same problem... and they said it would take 10 days to respond! They never did. I still haven’t gotten it to work, and that thing wasn’t cheap

To do this you will need to download the Feel Connect app from either Google Play Store or iTunes and tap "connect a device" in the upper left menu. Sadly the app doesn't recognize the device, it just sits on the searching screen for forever. Is this a common issue? Has anyone found any resolution for it? It connects to the We-Vibe app, so I know it isn't a Bluetooth or phone issue. Quote
