Realistically no, because in order to get higher position you're going to have to increase your Power Score and to increase your Power Score you're going to have to increase your credit per hour and by increasing your credits, you will level up to higher levels and no longer be a Freshman. The best thing you can do is work hard, win contest, get noticed, this will attract new members that will spend more and help you win more and so on.
