HELP please Quote

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

try reinstalling flash player.

see if that helps.

also delete your cached files in the browsers too, cookies and all and see if that helps too. if not shout back.

Could be your internet ? you online now ? also make sure not to have other programs running that use the internet at same time as you are online on flirt4free as a test too.

Try Barbi Sinclair's room shes got great video and audio there as a test too.. I'm there in the corner of the room and her room is probably best room online now for video and audio.

I saw your message in Barbi Sinclair's room mate just don't want to chat there and upset the flow of that room.

http://www.speedtest.net/

do a speed test mate and select the server for the test near you 1st then a server in USA in the Los Angeles California area and just stick the links for the test results here mate.

lets see what speed you are getting on that internet, could be just a bad day on the internet for you.

also restart your internet device the modem or router too.. power it off and power it back on and wait for it to re-sync . Quote

Also are you on a wireless connection on that computer ? if so make sure to bring the computer closer to the wifi router. Quote

okay well run the speed tests mate and lets see what you get.. had a funny feeling maybe something wireless going on ..

Guessing your Mobile internet is having a bad day there... If the weather gets bad can effect them too or any lightning near by can make them behave funny too.

Lets confirm your connection speeds 1st with the speed tests, run them a couple of times to get an average and post them here the results.

Okay things you can try also to make your internet connection work better for you.

http://www.dslreports.com/tools

Run the Tweak Test there and other tests they offer .. they have some software there that can make you adjust how the connection works (don't want to go into too much detail here, have a good read there and it will explain what you need to do and maybe need to download DrTCP (Doctor TCP
) from their site too if they say you need it), just run the test and see what it comes out with.

http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks

also another good site is www.speedguides.net

http://www.speedguide.net/sg_tools.php is the page with their tools

good tools are

SG TCP/IP Analyzer

SG TCP Optimizer http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

Have a good read there 1st before playing with anything but they are both helpful sites for people having problems with their connection speeds or an unstable connection.

Also remember to write down all settings before you alter them just incase you need to set them back, also remember any changes you make will also need you to restart the pc before they take effect.

**hints** ... MTU (Maximum transmission unit) and RWIN (Receive Window) are the settings you may find you need to change depends on the type of connection you are on.

Also use one speed test page to check your speeds http://www.speedtest.net/ is one i find that is stable and accurate, remember to use the same server for testing all the time not different servers or results will not show if you made things worse or better. Also after that try other country servers to see if they improved too, run the same tests you ran above in the links ;) and see if they are better when you optimised the connection.

Have fun and hope after that reading you may understand why there is many reasons for internet performance not being stable or just down right a pain. If anything you want to ask me after you had a play with the above, please post it here with your results for the tests and anything you may have changed too..

REMEBER BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING WRITE DOWN THE ORIGINAL SETTINGS.

Best Regards

Bad internet day mate it seems, you're connection is very slow. Give it 24 hours, if it stays same contact the internet provider.. Nothing wrong with your computer just a poor connection at moment it seems.

Thanks Purg Quote

Purg it has not improved and now the vid is freezing on me Quote

Give the internet service provider a call mate or check their web page and do a search for a Service Status page.. The maybe listing some problems with their service at the moment. ..

It's not the site mate or your computer after them tests we did, it's just your internet is VERY slow , I mean slow to the point i'm surprised it even allowed you to start the video and the chat, because normally it will start throwing out them red errors saying it can't connect on the chat. That's normally 1st sign your connection is not up to speed if you see that a lot .

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/07/21/mobile_broadband/

Something that came up today in a meeting and a link that may explain some of the problems some are facing with mobile internet and this site and other streaming or high bandwidth sites.

The facts you will get from it are really get a fixed line for regular internet use and for running round the city or to a place with no real internet access use the mobile internet but don't expect miracles it seems ...

Also to add I'm really unhappy how some companies brand these products as Mobile Broadband... I think some need to look up the term Broadband...

So if you are such a user and suffering with slow performance on this site or the audio or video seems to be really delayed or breaks up.. It maybe worth checking what the connection is really doing and run some tests.. Also I use Mobile internet on the run but I use it for email and contacts diary really.. Even in London the speeds can be terrible, so if you live out side a major city, expect it to be worse and don't believe all the hype they try to sell you that it's as fast as a fixed line.. no it's not and won't be for many years also they don't ever mention a important factor too latency..

Okay so if you are a Mobile broadband user and find you have some problems I would advise doing the tests and if they come out slow, contact the phone company and ask to see if they can fix it, if not explain to them that your contract was for the speed advertised and they will tell you well we can't guarantee the speeds as advertised here, but don't give up here ask them for what the minimum speed they guarantee and what is acceptable for the contract you are on, they will have some figures and hope you fall into the figures that allow you to cancel the contract and maybe get a fixed line instead.

Remember mobile broadband is only good for low bandwidth services on the internet, like email and maybe if you are lucky internet radio stations with some skipping every now and again.
