agree this site is the best on the internet and if your business suceeds here it great accomplishment !!
The problem is most models perform here do not mange the time here as a business.
RULES OF BUSINESS 101 :
1. PRODUCT --- model ( A customer pays $ 6.00 a min. for your time , and with some of the models looking like Miss World Contestants your appeaance is very important . Makeup, hair style ,outfits, rings , heels all appeal to different men which covers your base .
2. SALES --- Once a member or non member enter your room that person is a potential customer. Communication is the top priority for a sale and repeat sales. Do not allow your room to become a chat social room but give a balance of seductive movements and chatting .
3. DISTRIBUTION -- Time spent on the site is important ,e-mails allerts, forum are ways to advertise,
4. CUSTOMER SERVICES -- Giving the member a feeling that they are important is a true way for repeat sale !
In response to several good points...
1. The girl who appears bored likely is bored, and a lot of guys will leave if it doesn't look like you're enjoying yourself. Some will try to cheer you up, but if the tempo is down, they'll look for another model. They're here to escape everyday depressing things - if a guy arrives at your room and you're quietly reading things on the monitor and disinterested, he'll keep looking until he finds a more joyous companion to spend his time with.
You do have to look your best, but you don't have to look perfect. If you take care of your hair and put on something that looks pretty nice and not the worst looking bra and panties, we notice. We're not metro, not all of us anyway (I KNOW my Steve Madden from my Zappas, sister! ::two snaps:

, but we do notice that you think you look sexy in something, or you pulled whatever was left in the drawer.
2. The best models seem to balance seductive play and friendly banter - all customers have something, and frequent enough to keep all happy. Don't give them what they ought to pay for, but a sexy dance with an invite to anyone who is ready to play every so often could prove lucrative. We're all potential customers, but realize some nights you'll get us to go private and other nights you'll just get company - most can't afford to go private with you every time you meet them - these customers are in for the long run, and they spread their privates as they can, so be patient. Then again, if months go by and they don't take you, ask for their e-mail and tell them, you love the company but you'd love an occassional private show - you want more of them, and privates = intimacy.
3. You don't have to spend a good deal of time on the forums. The girls who do occassionally leave clever comments do get our attention. The girls who only post once to say how horny they are and please come check them out don't. Your e-mails are an important tool - it shows you care enough to keep in touch when you're not at work, and the person is important enough for the extra "hey, missed you last week, room is empty without you" note. Guys are gullible. If you e-mailed me that I should hate my penis, I'd start shouting names and bruising his ego before I was through the e-mail. But aside from being gullable, we just want to not get lost in the pack. So send an e-mail, not every day or every week, unless you're particularly close, but when you think someone could be a regular, let him know, you like him, come back, you want more of him. He'll respond to this.
4. Agreed. We don't want to feel like a customer. A good friend, a lover, or THE guy in your life for those 10-20 minutes. And also, not feel discarded after use.
