A lot of guys say they like natural but they always check out the girl with the fake hum...... I have natural but I was thinking of going fake caz i want to look bomb in a bikini. We shall see, I doubt I will do it. Maybe after having kids or something when there not looking so hott!! :winkwink

I don't like to call them fake breasts because they are part of the woman so I prefer to call them augmented. I think its a gentler way to refer to them.

well i think if they look nice then it doesn't matter if they are fake or natural
my thing about augmentation...i think alot of girls get them way to big for their body and i think it looks unportional and gross

im thinking about getting my boobs done for my bday

This subject ALWAYS kills me. Especially JD's or DJ's or whatever the hell his name is's response. I was blessed with huge breasts (and I say "blessed" sarcastically, plan on having a reduction at some point), and I have known plenty of girls with augmentation. It is VERY RARE you can tell the difference. So in defense of the girls with surgery...meaning DECENT surgery done within the last decade...I would challenge anyone to be able to feel out the difference. Seriously. Dudes--get real! You like them fake or real. 'Nuff said. :drinkup

A good augmentation is almost impossible to tell from a pair of natural breasts,

Problem is most celebrities go for the 'Baywatch Special' which look like a pair of beach-balls in a boob-tube.

As I said before Real / Fake - who gives a smeg !

If tits are big and round, they are altered.. lol.. I dont care what girl says otherwise. Prolly will get yelled at for this! But im just saying.

Personally I like fake tits.... it depends on the type of implant (material) as well as where it is placed (under, over) as well as the technique of the doctor itself... a girl paying 8k could get a really shitty job done.. or a girl paying 4k could get an amazing job done.

My sister got some material that is organic, I forget what it is called.. her tits look and feel amazing.. no scar. Went from a B to a full C, looks perfecccccct and feels real.

Thats the kind I want.

And when I get it, I will tell guys they are real too lol

As long as they're aesthetically pleasing, I don't really care. I mean, dude if a woman is willing to show you her tits, are you really going to quibble over whether she had them done or not?

Statistically, women do go for the "fake" look just because it's such an odd status thing here. Like they want people to know that they did it. As Scarlett pointed out, there are several different types of implants, but many patients opt for the round ones rather than contoured to give them the more pronounced "Baywatch" look.

and yeah, I read a lot about plastic surgery. duh.

Like any dude is gonna run out of a bedroom screaming because a woman has implants. sheesh.
