Hi ya'll!

Ummmm so I think we could all agree both models and members alike are really annoyed by the Spam!! :orglaugh

Resolving that there isn't much I can do bout it (besides eject/ban-hehe super helpful) :orglaugh

I have decided to have some fun with it!! Since the Spammer has generally broken up the Rockin :guitar

rhythm in the Treehouse I've decided it's time to serve up some Cooked Spam!! :orglaugh

It's actually been quite funny and has certainly been away to bring things back to fun again!!
Thought ya'll might enjoy some good Spam recipes and maybe share your favorite ways to Serve, Fry or Cook your Spam!! Members and models alike if you have a fave let us know!!

In the meantime I will start us off with a good one!! Can't wait to try it out!!

Spam Bites :orglaugh

(enjoy- you can always come by the treehouse and lemme know if you like it)

Ingredients:
2 cups sweetened corn cereal
20 butter flavored crackers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 can SPAM Classic (12 oz. size)
1 egg, beaten
***Cheese Dip***
3 ounces processed cheese
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

Heat oven to 425F. In a work bowl of a food processor, crush cereal and crackers. Stir in garlic and onion powder. Using a butter knife, slice SPAM into one-fourth to one-half-inch slices. Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut SPAM into shapes. Dip SPAM into cereal mixture, then into beaten egg and again into the cereal mixture to coat.

Place SPAM on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15 minute, turning after eight minutes.

Meanwhile, for cheese dip, melt processed cheese in a microwave-safe dish. Stir in dressing and sour cream until smooth. Serve SPAM bites with cheese dip for dipping.

This recipe from CDKitchen for Spam Bites serves/makes 6

Enjoy and Happy Spam Cooking!!
Robin
