It has come to my attention that just about every model these days is marking their precious bodies with �too� much body art. Such as piercing and extensive tattoos, a lot of the body art is extensive and in my opinion unnecessary. I have seen models that have whole arms full of tattoos and their backs and stomachs tattooed to the ultimate. It�s really unnecessary and distracting. I used to visit a model ( I wont say her name) but after she started tattooing her body to the extreme I lost interest because she was no longer pure and pristine like she used to be when I first visited her room.

When I told her about it she just said that if I didn�t like it I could eat a dick straight up or go visit another model. So I logged off and went out to have a red bull and a sandwich.

I sometimes wonder what will happen when these models turn like 50 and 60 and have arms and backs full of tattoos that won�t look so good on wrinkly old skin.

I have come to this conclusion you don�t need to permanently paint your bodies with these tattoos. I like looking at you in your birthday suits not with all that distracting body art painted all over you.

Well I guess, to each her own. For people esp around my age (23) that is the style. A lot of my friends have tats too. I was going to get one when I was 19, and now I would totally hate the tattoo now because the symbol that I chose is just not my style anymore. Thats why I have chosen never to get any tats because in 5 years I will prob not like it. I have had some piercings when I was 18/19 I had my nose pierced and my lip pierced. I ended taking those out when i turned 20. I guess its just something people get into and sometimes change there minds and sometimes dont. Im used to tats all over everyone, because I lived in southern california and thats just the way it is. It is totally normal to me but if you live on the east coast, I could see why you might be shocked.

Yeah Kimme - when I was 13 I wanted to tatoo "When I grow up I wanna be like Barbie".
When I was 16 I wanted "Rock'n'roll".
When I was 18 I wanted "wow Im not a virgin anymore".
When I was 19 I wanted "Im Rasta and I have dreadlocks in my heart".
Now, being 21 - I wanna tatoo "Take me private". :winkwink

...then I won't tatoo probably anything - because after 15 years I will need probably more space to tatoo anything :orglaugh

btw Im still tatoo virign - In my small LoonaParkVillage thats not very popular :winkwink

But tattoos and piercings can be very sexy? I love girls with erotic piercings. tattoos arn't necessarily my thing but I deffinately can find some of them sexy.

In my opinion it comes down to what the model wants. If they're getting them just to try to please others then thats not the right way to go about it. I kind of agree with you in that rarely, if ever, do I look at a girl with no tattoos and be like "I wish she had a tattoo". I can't say that about piercings though, haha I wish every girl had sexy piercings, I have a total jewerly fetish though not even just piercings. But anyway if a model finds tattoos sexy on themselves then I say keep doing it.

that's the funniest thing Ive read all week!!!

For me I would never date some dude that is plain, boring and has no artistic creativity. I LOVE guys with tatoos personally I would NEVER date a guy who didnt have one hot one somewhere - like his chest or shoulder. To me it shows someone who is willing to stand apart, someone eccletic and daring - mmm and THAT is hot!!!!

I get ignorant f***'s in my room all the time that come in and yell at me for having tattoos and I just have to laugh. Im an artist, a former goth girl and I love the culture of likeminded individuals in my city. It really depends where you come from too. In toronto there are a lot of cool artistic and funky people who love great music, fashion and art - I embrace that culture and all the wonderful people in it! I love people who appreciate me for who I am and what I choose - not those close minded indivduals who want you to change to suit them. Those kind of poeple are usually the abusive control freaks you'd want to stay away from as a woman.

Well I'm not going to go on a rant because then I'll be sitting here typing all night and that would get boring for everybody, so here is a list of thoughts that come to mind....

1. I started getting tattoos 6 years before I started on here or even HEARD about Flirt and have put up with the same bullshit from people in the real world and I say the same thing - they say "What will you do with those tattoos when you're 60?" I reply "What will you do with that leather face when YOU'RE 60?"
2. Just because you don't like tattoos doesn't mean that nobody likes tattoos
3. It's not a fashion thing for me at least, my tattoos mean something - and they're artwork
4. I totally agree with the model that told you to eat a dick - I would have said the same thing. Anyway, isn't it somewhere in Suggsy's etiquette post that you shouldn't put a model down or talk badly about her in her own room? What you said is an insult and was handled accordingly.

I could go on an on but I wont, my dinner is burning.

aww ok Ive gotten 7 emails since I posted that - I like artsy guys yes, being an artist myself - but that's not the only kind of guy Im attracted to! Not necessarily hardcore tat freaks like Tommy Lee lol - that's not what I meant! I have dated guys who are total preps and punky rocker guys too - not all of them had tatoos, but I really am attracted to one sexy tasteful one somewhere - I just cant help it - it's what I like! I take it back that I would NEVER date a guy without one ok? I just got a little offended by that post - I admit.

I don't mind the tats myself, but sometimes too many is a turn off.
It's just seems that I've seen girl after girl after girl with the lower back tat, it's a little boring, put it somewhere else. Be a little imaginative. :winkwink

I see past any artwork or body adornments to the person inside - I dont have any tatts YET but that will change next month - took about 18 months of thinking about it to make sure i am 110% certain that I wanted 1 that I would be happy with.

It's the individual artwork that a tatt provides tha makes a person unique.

i agree......tattoos make people unique.

and nobody gives a fuck what you think anyway. do you think any of these girls are going to say "oh shit i was going to go get a tattoo next week, but that dude doesn't like them so now I will go see a movie instead"?

you control what goes on your body. and each and every girl working here controls what goes on theirs. individuality makes peopel sexy in my opinion.....that and being hot ;)

heh heh I can't resist using this to cash out the last post, I promise, on my obsession this week. Tats, however you feel about them, do uniquely identify the person. So nobody with a tat had to make use of that speakeasy on that odd planet of my imagination. They were sure to convince a policeman that they were who they claimed. I can't imagine a universe so strange that it would have a place in it where this was not sufficient and they were further required to face the world with unshaded eyes and uncovered heads.

As for the status of the doRidian frame: the existence of marks artificial on the mountie's external parchment, whether any holes rather than those from bullets let sunshine through his physical manifestation -- what a shame he doesn't have a cam ; )

Put it this way, out of about 20 of my close friends I can only name 2 people who dont have tats. And those are all girls. 3 of my best friends own tattoo shops. In southern cali tats are a way of life. It is what is is. I havnt been to the east coast enough to see that tats are everywhere there, but from what I have seen and the places Ive gone, its def nothing like california.

I grew up in south cali, and i've lived all across North America.. in 6 other states, and now residing in Toronto, Can -- as kali said before, To is definitely a funky/artsy kind of place... but indeed nothing compares to Cali! I hear hawaii is a close second, however -- if not equal.

Sometime tatoos look good on a model and some are too much. Like others said to each their own. If I don't like the tatoo or piercings I can choose to go to another room but the model doesn't so she should choose what she wants to adorn her body with.

Well said, and thats really the bottom line, there are many models here. If you dont like it, you can just go to another room. TO EACH THEIR OWN. And that is why Flirt is the best. They have many different types of girls for every type of male to enjoy.

To each their own. If you don't like the girl you don't have to visit her. I have two myself and plan to have more. I really won't care what they look like when I"m in my 50's and beyond. To me every tat that I have, means something to me. It tells a story.
