Hopefully someone from the V.S team will see this and can help. currently I am unable to connect to any of the chat rooms . I get an error message " The client failed to make an initial connection to the chat server" . I have noticed this problem since the link to use the old interface for chat has been removed .... can we please have this link back ??

I have updated my flash , i have tried to log in through all sister sites but still get the same error , I am using Internet Explorer , but have also tried safari and firefox and got the same error.

As i said this has happened since the option to use the old interface has been removed so i hope this can be returned.

I will post this in the other forums too and will send a mail directly to customer service.
