Hi All,

Just wondering if any of you have been experiencing any problems with the chat rooms lately , I am finding that it is taking much longer to actually get into a chat room , sometimes having to refresh 2 or 3 times to get in . Then while in the chat some of the chat does not appear to the model and I need to refresh browser again ??

Maybe its just me ??

I am using IE 8 and have tried Safari too , and had issues with both.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

Regards

Having the same kind of issues entering a room at times it takes me 5 or 6 attempts through IE8, Firefox or Chrome. Quote

OK thanks Suggs , I'm glad its not just me ... will contact cust service , I think they have been changing things and have obviously caused some issues ... the link to the alternate interface is gone , which is a shame cos it was handy way to avoid these issues.

Thanks
